My family had been using Julia Chew's insurance office for home and auto insurance for years, but…read moreafter the last 6 months of horrible service, late paperwork, incomplete information, unaccounted for refunds/payments, canceled policies, and unprofessional emails, I will be changing agents and never recommending Julia Chew again. They caused my house closing to be delayed due to incomplete flood insurance coverage which they had 45 days to finish. They canceled coverage after it was already approved because of a higher quality rolling roof type that is a requirement for our home which they inspected after the fact. They sent us a late payment notice 2 weeks after the initial payment date which we were unaware of entirely. Incompetent is an understand. Don't waste your time or money with Julia Chew's "services".
