We just had a visit with a very competent and helpful lawyer. We talked about, our estate, end of life decisions, and power of attorney. At our age it is very comforting to have all our final wishes done. It was a good session and our lawyer asked all the right questions and gave us all the right answers. Thomas is an affable person. We were worried that a lawyer would focus on me and not my wife. Thomas gave full attention to my wife as she is the brains of this outfit, when it comes to paperwork. If you are looking for a great lawyer to help you set your affairs in order. This is the guy. read more

Threatened the Real Estate agent selling our father's cabin. Refused to show the "Offer to…read morePurchase" forms to heirs. Sold the estate for LESS then the highest offer to the Personal Representative. The property was being sold 'as is' but she allowed the PR to charge nearly $4,000 in repairs. Her MISCONDUCT was reported to the Office of Lawyer Regulation & she was reprimanded. It took her over 18 months to settle a VERY SIMPLE estate. She was more then INCOMPETENT. In my opinion her actions was CRIMINAL

***AVOID***Unable to handle a simple probate case. Took her 17 months. She refused to provide…read moreimportant documents such as "Property Inventory" & "Offer to Purchase" forms when requested by heirs. Other heirs had to hire another attorney to retrieve documents. When asked for detailed documents related to expenses she refused to provide them. She is unprofessional, unethical, & refused to provide full disclosure regarding the probate process
