When I share the recommendation I tell them it's more of an experience than just a hair cut. Call for an appointment and he will get you in at a time and day that work for both of your schedules. You will be welcomed into his properly appointed establishment with a smile and he will most likely be finishing up with his previous client. Just take a seat and chill or stroll around and take a gander at his art and taxidermy. Once he finishes with the previous client, you can take a seat in his chair while he handles payment and scheduling with them. Ryan will ask you what you want and set your expectations accordingly. You can get a cut or shave or beard trim or a combination of the bunch. I'll admit the prices are most likely more than you're used to, but I promise that the experience and the results will be worth it. He's got a lifelong customer here and I have a feeling you will end up being one too.

I love simple barbers that are no bs and just cut your hair. I don't need fancy product or a seminar on how you completed barber school. Just cut my hair, do it well, and be entertaining. Scott, the patron, fit all those requirements. Came in 30 minutes before closing on a friday and saw he had one customer already. He said of course I can fit in a new customer. While waiting for my turn I could tell that Scott and his customer had a great relationship. Seems like they've known each other for years and joked about a lot of things. Then a lady and her kid walked in and Scott immediately asked if this kid was the son of a guy he used to work with 25 years ago. How impressive is that?? He continually impressed me with his memory and knowledge. The haircut was great and very impressive for a first attempt. The location is very nice too. I've been in here 4 or 5 times now and every time I walk out feeling fresh and happy with my cut. They take their time and pay attention to detail which to me is very important. Even when it is crowded I've never waited more than 20 minutes. Men's cuts are reasonably priced at $15 with various other services available for an additional charge. All of the stylists are very friendly and make you feel right at home. All in all I'm very satisfied with Dee'z and will continue to go back.
