Great Doctors, fabulous coffee & pies at CJPastries, helpful Pharmacist @ Wizard Chemist & then miraculously found LAURA @ EP TEAZE HAIR!! She's a wiz with the scissors, always up for a happy chat, offers helpful advice re new styles to suit me & is a terrific colourist too. The atmosphere in the salon is really pleasant & the other hairdressers always seem happy & upbeat too. I always leave feeling stylish & happy

Uniquely You Hair Studio Caboolture totally RUINED my hair…read more I walked in with long, straight hair and asked if it was in good enough condition to perm. I had spent a full year making sure it was in the best condition it could be. The salon said yes, they also told me ( after asking for their most experienced perm stylist ) that anyone could do it as they were all experienced. Not only did they not allow enough time to perm my hair ( they had 2 clients waiting while I was at the basin having the solution washed out ), they got someone else to wash it out and neutralise it ( which they failed to do properly ) which left me with a head of half straight, half curly hair. 2 days later they offered to reperm the straight parts, IT DID NOT WORK!!! The straight parts were more straight and some of the curly bits were so frizzy I thought they would break off. The whole head of hair is like wire....worse than wire. I returned to the salon only to be met by the owner and one of her other stylists who then suggested it was MY fault due to shampoo I used. They took photos to send to the perm solution rep who confirmed my hair was destroyed by a series of mistakes made by the salon. Including overprocessing, not washing the solution out properly, not neuturalising the hair properly and failing to give proper attention whilst perming the hair. The owner then put a treatment in. This did NOTHING. Then handed me a bag of goods ( another salon later confirmed these also were wrong for the now terrible condition of my hair ) gave me my money back and said.... if the treatment works I COULD do another one. Well it didnt work and no other solution was offered. No offer to keep looking after my hair, no offer of compensation for the fact that I now have TWO YEARS before my hair will grow enough to be anything like before they RUINED it!! I cannot style my hair which is extremely distressing and embarrassing. I am looking at months and months of expensive in salon ( not this one!!! ) and home treatments to just make it manageable!!! I would like to note that this is not my first perm ( more like my 50th ) and I know how my hair reacts! I feel this salon does not care one bit about their clients and hid my review on facebook so that I could not warn anyone else about this.

The name says it all.I am a 73 year old male and never been pampered EVER like the ladies here.best…read moreever hair cut followed by a warm lemon scented towel and a tidy up of eyebrows and ears.No bits of hair down my back or on my clothes.The shop is absolutely spotless and with such friendly ladies it was just like home.I will be going back every time and can highly recommend you do the same.
