Now that the putative business plan bore no resemblance to what I wanted to submit and felt qualified to undertake, there seemed no point in going forward. He harangued me for a few days with emails and texts threatening I would lose my visa without his help, then a month later when I asked to book an hour of his paid time in order to clarify one specific issue, he simply refused to reply.
