Until writing this I don't think I realised just how integral it it has been; it's so handy and sells all the essentials plus a bit extra. It could do with a bit of an update aesthetically and one of the cashiers is a little narky- but who cares when you're desperate for soothers or a pack of immodium? I remember the make up section used to be significantly greater; they now seem to offer two choices: expensive or cheap, but medicinally speaking the pharmacy is well stocked. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and sympathetic too, especially Jane, she is lovely.

The shop has a good selection of health items and is well set out for easy browsing. It is involved in community matters and in all a brilliant pharmacy.

Southport has PR postcodes not L23 and neither does it have 0151 phone numbers. Talk about downright snobbery. Why not move to Southport if the geography of Crosby offends you so much?
