After contacting several embroidery companies over the last two weeks (most of which suffer from…read morepoor customer service) I came across ASAP Embroidery. I spoke to Sheila over the phone and soon thereafter I headed over to their shop. I spoke to Sheila to see if I could get an embroidered logo on some garments for my son before by the end of the week and I would provide garments. She did not hesitate to tell me that it was doable and they could accommodate. I provided the logo file along with the some instructions on what I needed (colors, sizes of logo, etc). I paid and was out of the door in less than 30 minutes. This was a Tuesday and Sheila said they would be done on Thursday evening. I got a call from Sheila the next day saying that I could pick up my order. I was extremely happy. Some of the embroidery appeared to be off but I believe that was due to the file I provide which had to be converted to another format for digitizing but nothing to be fuss about. I would, and will, use ASAP again!

I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at…read morethe beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.

Out in California, more and more silk screening companies were doing parties, but in Miami, it seemed the idea hadn't entered the border. Thankfully (but regretfully for my own entrepreneurial endeavors), I found What Reality. Leon, the main cat, works with a cool professionalism that suggests, "I got this" and also, "you're gonna like it." He's buttoned-up in a t-shirt sorta way and from what I learned after hiring his company for the most recent Yelp Elite Event at Wynwood Walls, the man likes a fine Malbec. The dudes at What Reality have cornered the market as far as unique event touches go. Rather than getting that caricature artist, or silly clown, hire What Reality and make you party guests really really happy.
