Realtor: Kelly Miller. Let's start with the listing: The…read morehouse listing indicated the yard was fenced; it was not. I asked Kelly how I go about finding our lot line in order to install a fence and her response was, "Let the fence installer figure that out." We were told, "This house just came on the market." No it did not. It had been listed for 14 days. Little white lies made me wonder what else she was being deceitful about. None of the appliances, included in the listing (as if we were getting such a great deal), were operable. None! When first walking through the house, I commented on the squeakiness of some spots in the floor (bedroom floors were wood covered with carpet), and her comment was, "Oh that's just the wood floor underneath." Really?? I found Kelly to be incredibly irritating, frustrating, and scatter-brained. If it were up to me I would have listened to my gut and gone with a different realtor, right then and there, but I wasn't the one officially buying the house. When she sent the seller an amendment on the "offer to purchase" she didn't communicate that to us, or even that the seller had 7 days to respond. We had to contact her. There were typos in 2 emails she sent me. The first one was in the phone number for the inspector. When I couldn't get a hold of him, it dawned on me that the number must be wrong, and it was. The second typo was in the email to confirm the closing date and time where she indicated the wrong date. She pushed the HMS Home Warranty, which to this day still infuriates me. Although the seller paid for it, it was still $500 more we could have gotten back at closing. The warranty is such a scam I filed a complaint with the BBB. On the day of the inspection, she kept interrupting the inspector asking irrelevant questions, which was so frustrating to me. The inspector was visibly irritated, too. I just wanted her to let him focus on the task at hand. Then later, when explaining some of his findings to me, she interrupted saying, "Oh that's happening with my stove." He continued talking with me, and again, she interrupted to ask him what she needed to do to fix the problem with her own stove vent at home. The inspector noted that the electrical wiring on the outside of the house needed updating, and there was obvious repair needed, but the person hired to do the update just covered up the problem instead of actually fixing it even after I asked Kelly if she would be checking to see that repair work was actually done, and how we would know that it was done correctly, according to the amendments. She said, "Well, they have to repair everything correctly" as if I was asking the dumbest question she had ever heard. She never could give me a straight answer. She was always very condescending with her responses to our questions. We felt like we never knew what was to happen next, and it wasn't a good feeling. Terrible first-time home buying experience!

Highly recommended. Super attentive and conscientious care given to providing high quality service.read more

I have been living in one of founders 3 building since December. When looking for an apartment, I…read moremet the building manager named Rebecca and she showed me a nice apartment in the building. She informed me that the building was smoke-free and very quite. She also informed me that the building was no pets allowed. I've seen tenants with cats in the building. Both were very important. After moving in, I had to open my window, lite a candle and turn on the ceiling fan to get smoke out of my room. I was told it probably wasn't my neighbor because "he's the maintenance man." Maintenance man or not, no smoking means no smoking. I had to complain 4 different time before the smoking stopped. After I complained about the smoking, my neighbor started knocking everyday. Not sure what he's knocking on but I went to management about the noise. I was told I probably was hearing flooring being put in on the 1st floor. I live on the 3rd floor. I'm not hearing flooring being put in 2 floors down. I was also told maybe I was hearing the trash chute. Anyone can tell the difference between knocking and a trash chute. I'm far from stupid. Manager said he would listen to audio recordings of my neighbor knocking because it was my word against my neighbor's. Even though I have proof that he's knocking several times a day, any hour just to aggravate me, NOTHING has been done to deal with this issue. I've tried talking to the cooperate office. The lady at the corporate office left me a message that says " He's an employee and I don't THINK he would jeopardize his job doing something like that." Pretty much said he matters and you don't. NO ONE has taken the time to go to his apartment to see what he's knocking on are why he's knocking. I guess this is a good time to mention that all people should be treated equal. NOT HERE. I have 6 more months to live here. I should not have to deal with noise every other day because I live next door to "the maintenance man. Since the weather has changed, the apartment smells like mold and mildew. If you're looking for a quite place and respect, this company is NOT the company to rent from. #RESPECTGOESALONGWAY #MANAGEMENTDOESNOTCARE

My Girlfriend and I purchased a home using Linda as the agent. It was our first home and we were…read morenot aware that using the sellers agent was a bad idea. And Let me tell you it was a horrendous idea. Linda purposefully and knowingly omitted an upcoming special assessment from the condition report for the home with the seller and we were surprised by it early the next year, we ended up out just shy of $7,000 dollars when the city forced us to pay for the replacement of the water and sewer lateral. The home was a fixer upper that needed a lot of work and $7,000 of that went to two pipes our first year delaying much needed repairs. When asked about this via email, Linda Blatantly lied about telling us about it, and made an entire narrative up about us having discussed it with the seller and them lowering the price to cover it. None of which occurred or is true and I can prove this via our email correspondence. During the sale of the home Linda primarily corresponded with me and as soon as I raised this issue she refused to email me and cited fiduciary duty that didn't present a problem when we bought the house. We would not have purchased the home had we known about the upcoming special assessment and Linda admitted she knew aobut it and I was sent emails proving such from the title company. I believe what Linda did was despicable as we were first time home buyers who didn't know any better and she knew that. What she did was tantamount to fraud. Run don't walk! Use anyone but her.

I am sort-of a nervous-nelly and I contacted Linda frequently and she NEVER made me feel as if I was bothering her. She walked us through this entire process and was always at the ready to answer any questions we had. She was ALWAYS ahead of the game, great us great advice, and always made time to make last minute showings. We also worked with Frank a few times during our transactions and he always made us smile and you could tell he had a lot of experience in his field. I honestly would recommend her and her team to ANYONE who was in the market to buy or sell. This process has been completely painless because of their efforts and their great team! P.S. Our home had an accepted offer within 32 hours of listing- THAT's how amazing this team is!!!!
