No crazy parties or cat-calling , a gal can feel pretty safe , walking through the brightly lighted covered parking area,to arrive at the on site coin laundry room . Mario the manager could not be nicer ! When we were moving in,he showed us several choices of furnished studio apartments . Being that they are funished and with different floor coverings , it was nice to have a choice . Utilities seem to be about $25 a week for winter, even with us using the electric heat sometimes . One really cool thing about these apartments , is that they have big walk in closets to tuck your stuff away instead of it invading the living space with clutter. The kitchen has a full size Fridge & Stove. Also the fact that there is a curtained and "hideable "alcove for the fullsize bed make for a super-studio! When the pool and whirlpool open up in spring I will add a 5th star!
