It is a Starbucks. Terrible parking. But once you are there. A great area to relax! The other products are all familiar to all the Starbucks. read more

Beautiful shop; lovely location - - now if someone would only inform them how to make an espresso…read more For one thing, a double espresso should be ~2.5 ounces of rich, concentrated nectar, not a bowl of soup. What happens if you let the espresso run till it fills a bowl? You muck up the complex, sweet aromatics with bitter, acrid, burnt-tasting vetch. An espresso is not supposed fill your tummy, and it is not supposed to taste like tree bark soaked in wormwood and mixed with last night's fireplace scrapings. And the 'barista' making it, who was obviously new, was being assisted by another employee. Too many cooks may spoil the broth, but two 'baristas' who have absolutely no idea what an espresso is should not be hanging out a shingle to sell coffee, and charging two pounds 85 for it at that.

I was warned ahead of time about the service but I thought I would give it a chance. They were right I was wrong. Yes, I admit it but being stubborn and proud as I am I returned for a second visit. My partner stood in line to make an order for a couple of drinks while I grabbed the lone table in the cafe. After about 5 minutes ( the line wasn't long but the service was slow) he came over and said we had to leave. I asked what happened and he explained the drama that unfolded in front of half the customers between the employees. Rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back. 2 stars because of the location and good coffees.

The shop also sells tea and coffee pots, cups and saucers, fine glassware, spices, and chocolate coated coffee beans and ginger. If you need a special gift this is the place to look.
