It is quite a large bar that is split between two floors. The seats are very comfortale and there is also an outdoor seating area with patio heaters. The drinks are about average prices and they also do a range of cocktails but some of these can be a bit on the expensive side. The food is good quality and well priced.

I'm a Starbucks fan, but I'd suggest if you're in a hurry, either of the other two coffee establishments in the Potteries Centre will be a better bet. It seems that whilst the manageress is working the store runs more smoothly and she is a great barista. However the rest of the staff are pretty useless. I have a fairly complex drink order and they have never yet got it right, not once. If you want a standard cup of coffee, and you don't mind waiting for it then you'll be okay.
