Worst Starbucks ever! Ordered two small zombie fraps and was given a tasteless green frap that looked nothing like the advertisement! Asked another employee about it and he stated "oh we are out of the flavoring and pink whipped cream, sorry they should've told you!" They made it right by giving us Carmel fraps instead! The store was also filthy! 4 total employees working today and two girls just stared off into space the entire time while garbages where overflowing and straw wrappers littered the floor! This location prioritises drive through. Thought walking in might be faster but after the barista switched to making drinks after she took our order, the order got lost. We went to this Starbucks earlier this week but today we had a bit of a different experience. The wait to order a drink took quite a while but I think they are a little under staffed. We ordered our drinks and one came hot instead of iced so we nicely asked them to fix it, the lady dumped out the whole thing and was making faces at us the whole time and giving us the fakest smile possible. Disappointingly filthy. My friend and I stopped by today and purchased two iced coffees. The place wasn't busy at all. We got waited on right away. We noticed how much of the store had trash and spilled drink on the tables and floor. The workers seemed friendly but lazy. I hope the manager can get their crew and all (including the manager) to take pride in their store and clean it. I wouldn't even expect a place to look that trashy even if they were busy. Being a former Starbucks employee way back in the day, I may be overly critical of the Starbucks I frequent nowadays. At the same time, I'm super appreciative when I receive great service from a coffee joint. That being said... I walked right to the register and, although there were by my count four partners milling about, I ended up waiting for perhaps one awkward minute until someone greeted me. It may not seem like much, but I mean when you're standing there being ignored for 60 seconds, it feels weird. Granted, I had to squeeze between the line of cars queued up in the drive-thru, but still the barista at the bar could have said, "Hello" and/or "We'll be right with you." Anyway, another barista finally saw me and, with much indifference and a dead, expressionless face, she gives her opening line: "What can I get for you?" This line is one of my peeves, if not preceded by a "hello" or at the very minimum a disingenuous smile. It's just like, "Oh, you're here. What do you want?" Anyway, I order an iced latte with lowfat milk with little cordiality from Ms. Cheery. In a rebellious move, she bucks the policy and didn't ask me my name for the beverage because that would necessitate further human interaction. I'm over it and move on to the bar so that she can continue dragging her rain cloud around. It did take a while for the drink seeing as I was the only one with a lobby beverage in line, but as I said, there was a long drive-thru queue. It'll be fine when I get my latte. There is a wide degree of variance of execution between the different locations, dee really follow through with my directions...this location nailed it! The lines are long everywhere. I get it, but it's no excuse for slow service and getting ignored. Not only did the barrista work inefficiently (could've steamed both of my drinks' milk at the same time), but the food warmer literally turned her back on me when I asked to correct part of my food order. Also, is there a napkin shortage that they can't be included in the bag? This location should take cues from Gilbert, AZ.... Starbucks on the corner of Valvista and Williams Field. I like to stop at this Starbucks when passing through St. George. My regular location is on Bluff St, but when I am headed towards cedar or Hurricane this Starbucks is a nice convenient stop right off the freeway. I use the mobile order and pay, so I don't hassle with the drive-thru and when I walk in my drink is ready and waiting for me. Inside is kind of narrow with tables and chairs. Not a location I'd prefer to hang out at when I want to cozy up with a mocha and good read however it's perfect for the grab and go cup of java. The pastries I have had taste fresh and I was so lucky to grab the last Cranberry Bliss Bar on one of my more recent visits, score! Starbucks Rewards can be earned and redeemed here. Booked it ten minutes from our hotel after driving all day to make it to this Starbucks because they had a drive thru. Got there at 8:55pm and they had cars in the drive thru and a barista standing at the end of the curb with a cone in her hand. The car in front of me was trying to go in line too and the barista waved them away and never looked up or said anything to them. After waving she went back to texting on her phone! I wasn't sure what had just happened so I approached and asked if I was still good to come in line since it wasn't 9pm yet and she didn't look up again and just yelled at me "we're closed!" I said you are already? And then she just repeated herself again with a more annoyed tone and still never looked up or said sorry or even stopped texting. That's not what Starbucks is about. And that's not how that store manager should be allowing employees to be. I was so happy to find a place still open and they should have let the last two cars in since they still had 5 more minutes before officially closing. And man, get off your phone while at work! And make eye contact for heavens sake. I'll skip this store in the morning now. They just lost well over $120 in orders from my family over the next two days. I was in St George on vacation with my mom and sister. We visited this Starbucks once on Saturday and once on Sunday, both times in the drive-thru. Saturday- My sister's drink was made without coffee even though I ordered it with decaf coffee. Even after repeating this, the barista at the window said "Yeah that's with the cream". No, no it's not. My drink wasn't made right either. I was asked to pull out of the drive-thru line and had to wait in the back lot for them to bring drinks. Sunday- When I got to the window, the barista said they were re-making my drink because it was wrong. I was glad they caught it before I got there. However when I took a sip of my "re-made" drink as I drove away, I tasted the sweetener (ordered Iced Coffee, no cream, no sweetener). I was in a massive hurry to beat traffic back to California and I had to pull up to the curb and run inside. The baristas acted shocked that I would ask for a new drink and acted with no sense of urgency. This place is a major disappointment and definitely not up to par with the Starbucks brand :( read more

I was talked into using the app to order instead of getting in line so here we go.... The ordering wasn't too bad, but it took time to sync payments etc. I patiently wait and wait and wait and wait for my order and nothing happens. I stand by the pick up counter but they all ignore me. I get in the back of the line and when I finally get up to order I tell them I ordered online. They look at each other puzzled and one walks to a printer and tears off my order and goes "oh" and finally starts making my drink. The line on a Sat in July during a convention is Epic. It winds down the store and the cars are packed 7 deep in the drive through line. Personally, I'm standing here because I've not got the heart for another bad cup of hotel coffee and I'm willing to fill anything for a decent cup of plain old Joe, dark roast please, hold the ersatz flavorings. This place had a decent atmosphere when you walk in but once you see employees that's where it got a little disappointing. I was the only person in line but they didn't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. When I ordered my drink the lady with blonde hair and fair skin continued without any genuine customer service. I felt as though I was a bother even though I am paying customer. As I went to sit down there was another lady who was blonde and had tattoos refilling containers with some frozen food such as danishes and other breakfast items but would be extremely loud and throw boxes literally across the walkway close by the table I sat at before she even started that task. As I figured she probably was not super happy doing that task but was kind of reckless. Oh yeah and they do not have working WiFi. If any of you have done this drive, there is stuff far and few between...so if nature calls, you are in trouble. This location doesn't carry any fruit, so breakfast is a terrible for you pastry or some pre-packaged granola bar. There isn't much room for seating so we were forced to eat in the car... Five employees behind the counter and four patrons in line we waited more than 4 minutes to be asked what we wanted. I don't mind waiting but the gruffness of the employee put us off. However, that being said, the young man behind the register was more interested in talking to his co-workers than acknowledging me as a customer so much that I was on the point of leaving. During the 30 minutes I was there, three people returned their drinks because they were not correct. They "lost" the order of the gentleman who was ahead of me. He was polite about it though. Those behind the counter were loud and annoying, so much so that those around me were also annoyed by the noise. This is a pretty good Starbucks. It has easy access from I-15 and always has clean restrooms. I am always careful when getting coffee in Utah. There is always a good chance that the person making your coffee doesn't drink coffee themselves. People who don't drink coffee don't fully understand the awesome responsibility that comes with brewing the beverage that prevents me from being a monster. But this Starbucks tends to hire only fellow caffeine freaks so there are no problems with the coffee. read more

Despite the chaos, the barsitas were super nice and produce my venti cinnamon dolce latte in a neat and tidy fashion. This place is slower than Christmas. Spent over 25 minutes (my fault I guess) in line waiting for a drink in the drivee through. Went to the drive through because the inside HAD been closed until recently. Any business that allows it's customers to wait that long for a drink has some serious problems and should be shut down. They need to "reimagine" (like that word) their model and make the drive through for drinks and the inside for those sandwiches that take forever or at least have then pull out in the parking lot to wait so the rest can get their order in a timely manner. On a previous visit I had to wait for them to make mobile orders who did not come and pick up but left them sitting there while I and others waited for our drinks. Again this business model sucks as you take care of people who are not even there first over those who took time and the effort to come in. Make no bones about it mobile orders are those people who think they are more important than others and don't want to wait their turn. The common denominator is this is me...I am stupid for putting up with this and will not in the future. read more
