I really enjoy Starbucks, and got my favorite drink from them today. It was watered down and tasted terrible (eggnog latte), my husband ordered a peppermint latte and the same happened. We noticed they were out of some other products, so maybe they were trying to stretch what they have left? Still not an acceptable way to do business. Very disappointed. read more

Normal Starbucks , nice place and nice location. Only thing taking off a star is the line is always almost coming onto the road.

First of all this store is in a really bad location. When they are really busy you get to sit in a line that stretches down the frontage road and risk getting hit. Second, whenever I come here they are always out of something. Anything from straws, napkins, food items, drink items, etc. I know that places run out of things, but they've been here long enough to know how busy they get, yet whoever does the purchasing can't seem to get a pulse on the needs of the business. Finally, parking sucks. There's no other way to describe it. Good luck on finding a place to comfortably sit inside the store, but it's not all that clean so why would you want to? The only good thing about this place is the people who work there. They all really nice. read more

The service was excellent! The people were very kind except a small drink mix up which in the end turned out alright. We both got our drinks even if my stepmom was upset she wasn't sure she got the right thing. She was quite upset but after a bit of talking to she was alright with the outcome. Ezra was very nice and efficient! There was another lady who's name I didn't quite catch but she was also very polite. I would get my coffee from here again if I lived close enough! read more

These people need serious customer service training. They also don't understand the concept of mobile ordering since I watched people come in, order, and leave with their drinks while I waited for them to get to my mobile order. I've been too hundreds of Starbucks from Texas to Florida and this location isn't any different. The only thing that stinks is the location.

The only possible downside to this Starbucks is that it is the only drive thru one in town. Long lines are the norm. Otherwise it is business as usual. Great staff. read more

Man I absolutely love Starbucks but the service was terrible. I ordered my drink on the app and expected no waiting time and when I got there I waited like ten mins?? Apparently it was sitting by the drive thru? Every other Starbucks I've gone to in Dallas have them right at the bar with my name. They are just super unorganized. Now I'm late for an appointment. The staff is very friendly and they are quick to try and serve you. They are always willing to work with you on anything that you have going on whether you don't like dairy or you want to try something new for them to put together. I have never had any issues with my drinks coming in here. I come in there about 3 to 4 times a week. read more

I recently had a terrible experience here. We made our order on a Saturday afternoon. They did not have the ingredients to make our drinks. No one told us until I went up to the counter AFTER we had already paid! The girl behind the counter made no apologies for not having told us or having had us wait. No employee made an effort to let us know or apologize even after I commented, " You either just do not care or have no customer service skills!" Avoid if you can!!! read more
