The food was pretty good and I'd give them 4 out of 5 normally but the customer service was all out of sorts. Our order was fulfilled 15-20 minutes after ordering, and we were waiting on drinks and not food! Our friends did not receive their drinks until they asked for their order 2 more times. Good food, horrible service. If you want drinks, I'd suggest placing your order first, then ordering food throughout other establishments

Beautifully decorated inside with cool coffee shop vibe, with little nooks and crannies to sit in and relax and unwind. Has a nice restroom. It's at the Vista Mall, not sure if there was a connection inside too. but definitely has a separate entrance. I tried my wife's cold brew and it was fine. 4/5 based on looks and feel alone.
