Every time I stop by they are out of EVERYTHING! I wanted a tall drink and they only had grande sizes. Why should I be forced to pay for a size I don't want? They should of just made me a Tall Size and put it in a Grande cup. And then they where out almond crossiants I had to to order a cheese danish. Also they were out of bags for my snacks I purchased. I even had to ask for a bag. They literally are always out of everything! Stay away I don't recommend this place. Horrible customer service to. Not only did I have to wait for 30 minutes to get a simple drink..my drink was very incorrect. I ordered the honey mint citrus tea and it tasted like water with a little bit of lemon. This is the only drink I ever get at Starbucks anymore as it seems like it's the one that has never been screwed up until today. I started going to this location last week since my daughter school is right near it. I must say worst mistake ever. Last week I tried ordering Narino 70 Cold Brew from the mobile app which always use but when I arrived they told me they were out and would have some the following day. I told them that was fine I would just get a cold coffee next day the same thing happened they were still out I was like "REALLY" that's not what I was told. I waited a couple of days, went back on Monday ordered through the mobile app when I arrived they gave me the coffee that looked like the Narino 70 Cold Brew. When I arrived to the car and tasted it "IT WAS HORRIBLE" when called the store the guy informed me they NEVER CARRY THIS. Except...that the chairs and tables outside are not ideal for people who need to read, write or use the for their laptops. I sat there awkwardly hunched over because the table height was not compatible with the chair height. 1st time I've ever been so compelled to write a review for SBux. A few things, line to order posed no issue but the wait for the drink was horrendous (about 20min). Didn't stop there I waited patiently until multiple drinks were made before mine that were customers behind me in line, still waiting, an associate from behind the bar comes out and noticing the current bar guy getting backed up so she asks him why he did not call her sooner, he didn't even respect her enough to respond. Then as he Is finally making my drink he states "I'm working on it, relax" straight to my face!! Starbucks is simply not for everyone dude, quit and find something that does make you happy so you don't have to depress others around you. For a Starbucks location, this one is subpar. When you are paying for their coffee, you expect a certain level of knowledge from their baristas and the ones here know very little. My wife usually gets a caramel macchiato with coconut milk. She's ordered this hundreds of times without a problem. This time, the barista (who did not have a name tag on) automatically assumed she was subbing in the coconut milk because she is on a dairy free diet. This led to her suggesting a very limited amount of allegedly dairy free drinks. The drink my wife ultimately chose was so disgusting that it tasted like water with gingerbread. In addition, she wrote the wrong initials on my cup, leading them to have to remake my drink. The manager, Casey, quickly made sure my drink was made correctly but by then the damage was done. Also, while waiting in line, the food display case had several gnats flying in it. If you want a Starbucks in this area, go literally around the corner to the Target that has one inside. read more

This place is always dirty (just check out the restrooms) The employees are always stocking or task oriented instead of making drinks. The wait is ALWAYS sooooo long for a drink. This location is absolutely filthy! See photos! Trash in front of the store, trash in the dining area, under tables, on tables, etc. I asked the manager on duty Steph, who was in the back, if she had been up front lately, and after a no, I commented how trashed the place was. She said they had just been hit by frappuccino hour, but would get someone to clean up. The young guy that was sent out with a broom and dustpan only bothered to sweep around inside, didn't even step foot out the door where a majority of trash had accumulated. Steph didn't come up front to ensure he had completed the task at hand. It seems however, by other reviews that it's constantly filthy, no matter what time of day. It's not that difficult to set a timer, and check the front every few hours. Management can implement even the littlest things to make a customer experience more pleasurable. read more
