let me just start off by saying Starbucks on Highway 20 is awesome everybody who works there is so friendly and so helpful and just amazing okay so I ordered a crispy grilled cheese and I had to leave to go deliver some food from DoorDash so I couldn't get my order well while I was gone, my car breaks down and I had to call them up there and the manager said he was gonna write my name in the book for me not to worry about it that it would be up there within 48 like as long as it was within 48 hours well let me just go ahead and tell you it was a little past 48 hours and try some three days later I was on my way home from work and I was like home at 9:38 PM. I was like let me just go ahead and pull in there and just see if they would let me get my order . Well let me tell you how amazing these people are OK so they didn't. I didn't say I told him who I was and what happened and I said you know, the manager said he was gonna put my name in the book well I didn't want the crispy grilled cheese so I asked them instead of getting crispy girl cheese. Could I get a drink instead? OK the young lady at the window was amazing because I didn't even know if she could make the type of drink that I saw on TikTok, and it looks so good and she did she didn't charge me anything extra she didn't question me or anything these people are truly amazing and they're very friendly and just they all deserve a raise. read more

I frequent this Starbucks and have always been satisfied. However, on June 23 I got my usual drink and realized there were pieces of plastic in it. I returned to the store to speak with the manager. She filed an incident report and I was told that I would be hearing from her, the district manager and someone from corporate. As of today, July 7, no one has contacted me. I was not offered a refund or a new drink. I have reached out several times and have not gotten a response. I will no longer be going to this location and I will continue to reach out until I get an answer from someone. read more

This Starbucks is insanely slow. I've been here like 5 times and every time I've spent almost 10 minutes in the drive through. Every other Starbucks I've been to tries to limit the time each customer spends at the drive through to about 2 minutes I think it is. Here. It's more like 5 minutes. It's ridiculous, kind of contrary to the whole Starbucks culture. It's supposed to be quick, quality food and nice vibes. Here it's more like slow, quality food & vibes would be cool if they didn't have grandma's in the back making the coffee. They carry the Atlanta cup here of the Wish you were here series. Very busy and efficient location with lots of staff working. The drive-through line up is quite long so we opted to walk in instead. In store seating is limited as are power plugs. The seats were sort of disorganized both inside and outside and oddly the umbrellas weren't opened on a slightly wet day meaning all the outdoor surfaces were wet and unusable. read more

this location constantly closes the lobby and creates large drive through lines, they always say it's because of staff shortages even though they will have several staff inside working. It has become irritating. Closing the lobby doesn't make any sense if you operate a drive though that is wrapped around the building. read more

Okay, I am not a huge fan of Starbucks, as my wife worked for an independent coffee roaster, we prefer to try independent shops; however, when traveling we stop at Starbucks for caffeine for adults and a treat for the boys. Traffic was getting slow on 75N, so we decided to stop. I wish we had sat in traffic. There was a line and the drive thru was busy. The cashier was rude when the wife asked if there were brownies left, as we could no longer see inside the case. She said yes, so we paid for two brownies; however, there was only one left. So we had to get something else. We ordered the boys small chocolate milks, one with skim milk and one with whole milk. The cashier was again pissy when my wife verified the size of a child's versus small. (Child's size used to be same as small, but not anymore or at least not in the South.) The writing on the cups was not readable. When my wife asked which was which, the girl jumped down her throat that it was written on the cups and couldn't she tell from the color. Basically, this visit and the one going South (Valdosta) will make it really hard for my wife or me to give this company any more money for a while. read more

A typical starbucks. That's why I give it a three star. I have been here a few times to study, and each time I am here, I have always asked for a sweet tea. Sadly, the answer I always get is that they are out of black tea. I'm not sure why, but it is a bit frustrating after a few times. It's true this Starbucks is always busy. I've always had friendly and good service here. The drive through is very busy at certain times of day and seems not to let up. I've had a mixup on my drink before and they apologized and fixed my drink. This time I ordered my usual iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel which was made just the way I like it. I had placed a mobile order to the wrong location. I called Starbucks at hwy 20 (where the mobile order was placed) when Colleen answered the phone , she was super sweet and attentive . She had told me no problem just come by when you can and we can refund your money . Tell them you talked to Colleen .. a few days passed until I could make it to the location and by chance Colleen was there to take my order. She was super fast! It was a busy time .. but she took the time to walk around the counter to hand me my order personally!!! Such a small gesture but it spoke volumes!!! I worked at this location from 2011 until 2014. I am very disappointed with the "new" Starbucks that I came to. The inside can be remodeled but if the partners and management don't give a shit then why, what's the point? I pulled up at 3:31 PM on a Saturday and I didn't get my drink until 3:44 PM. This is ridiculous. I had a pretty simple order, tall coconut milk latte, yet the person who took my order on drive-through came back and asked me to repeat it because she didn't put it in the system when she took the order in the first place. I suggest you call property management because the hedges along the drive-through side of the building are growing and scraping the sides of cars. I even looked into transferring back to my "home store in "in the spring of 2018, but had heard from current and former partners that it's just not the Starbucks I knew and loved from previous years. I'm so sad that it is just as bad as a Taco Bell or Dairy Queen in regards to service. I wasn't thanked, I wasn't greeted, and I definitely didn't feel like a priority. I won't be back!
