The front had a boarded window. Hard to tell if the store was open. My son's coffee was cold, but they remade it

The things I have to say about this location are endless. I have been in the drive through multiple times, and have had racial slurs yelled at me, and saying obscenities based on my order. This alone made me feel hurt and I never want to go to this location again. The name of this worker is Brad Opat. Once I got my drink, I received it and it was all melted. I also think someone tried my drink, because I received it and it was only half full. The other times when i went inside the location, I used the bathroom and it was horrifying. There was fecal matter smeared on the wall, and there were workers in there vaping. I felt very uncomfortable and I never want to set foot in here again. For those wanting to try Starbucks at this location, please don't and save your sanity. read more

I've always enjoyed getting an early morning Starbucks drink once in a while but the most recent time I came in it was busier than usual. I noticed baristas in a frantic trying to tame the up roar of orders. I walked to the register and it took a while for someone to take my order which I understood cause it was busy. A blonde girl came up and was very monotone and seemed super negative about me being there and taking my order. She seemed new asking her coworkers how to type in my order on the screen. After she finished I said thank you while she completely ignored me and walked away where she disappeared through a door which I no longer saw her during the rest of my time there. I'm not the one to leave a bad review but I just thought this interaction was super strange and weird. read more

I was very disappointed when I walked in with my family no one greated us and previously when I've came in I would get greated. We took a moment to figure out what we wanted and then the girl who took our order who was Rachel, she had a bad attitude and was on her phone when we walked up and she was very rude taking our order. She also didn't ask if we wanted our things for here or for to go and we sat in the lobby and ate our food and our drinks. The other thing I'm not happy with was the fact that they wrote on some cups but didn't write on mine or my husbands. Mary was the only person who took time and wrote on my daughters cup. When walking in I noticed an employee bent over the counter on her phone. I wasn't even acknowledging when I came up to the register she finally noticed me and got up and turned around and took my order. I saw her name tag, and I'm pretty sure it was Monica or Makayla. She got my order confused after I had repeated it multiple times. After she had taken my order, she had gone by the food case and went straight on her phone. At least when I was leaving, someone told me to have a great day, she had a silver/sparkly name tag and wore her hair up. That's the only nice interaction I had there. Not worth going back read more

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. I travel around the U.S. and they are the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I guess that I am okay with it since they are the only Starbucks in the area. I know which drinks to not order and I understand that they aren't well-trained in customer service. I've even been in here when the staff had a shouting match (with cussing) with a disgruntled customer for a simple drink mishap. Every time I come in, I can find multiple things that would irk me as a manager. Definitely do not recommend unless there's no where else to go. read more

Got my drink wrong AND they were rude about fixing it. Order anywhere else & they at least pretend to care...not these guys.

While working in area I unfortunately visited this location twice (first time there fault second of course mine). I ordered through the mobile app and when I picked up my coffee I noticed instantly my drinks were incorrect the first had no cream in it which by the way I paid an additional dollar for, when I mentioned this I was instantly told I was wrong by the manager on duty, I have been drinking the same coffee for years and I know what it looks like when made right and when they did make it right it was completely different then the first. The second coffee of this order was completely the wrong drink all together, when I said something I was told they didn't have the coffee I ordered so they just made me whatever they wanted. I could understand if I was paying $1.50 at a gas station for my coffee but my order was $17.76 and the reason I pay this price is because I know it should meet Starbucks standards. Top this off with the eye rolls and rude dismissive behavior of the manager on duty just isn't what is expected from the persona Starbucks tries to project. read more

if you want to go to the grumpiest Starbucks ever this is your store! service was incredibly slow, even for being a new location, the wait was just terrible. I ordered the same drink I have drank for the last 10 years and it wasn't made correctly. when I approached the front counter and asked them to remake it the worker rolled their eyes at me and acted as if I had done something wrong. it took an additional 20 minutes for them to remake my drink. I LOVE Starbucks and I hope they improve this location. I was very excited to see one come to Liberal ks!! read more
