There is plenty of free parking and in the afternoon and on Saturdays you can park right at the entrance. The restroom is located in a separate building across the courtyard and watching people search for it can be mildly entertaining LOL It is a nice place to work with plenty of natural light and a wonderful patio for enjoying nice weather. Easily accessible with a stroller + there's a secluded wide seat in their indoor seating area. I was the only customer at the time of my visit but there are really plenty of cozy spots. The drink was made quickly. Although I like lattes from the nearby place KRISP, they are ALWAYS slow to make one, there is always a line and the seating area is tiny. There were about 5 other people there waiting for drinks, so it was moderately busy but wasn't a huge line. The inside is fairly small and only has a couple seating options, which I think is intentional since most people are going to get to-go drinks in the business park area. I ordered my jasmine tea less sweet and with extra sea salt cream, and it was amazing! They really piled on the cream and it was so rich and delicious, quite a treat! The "less sweet" version was still very sweet, in my opinion. I'm someone who typically drinks black coffee and plain tea, so maybe my taste buds are accustomed to less sugar, but I think it would be nice if they could offer an even lower sugar option like 25%. But overall I was really happy with my drink and it's a nice way to treat myself - as long as I plan ahead with advance online ordering!

One of the worst customer service locations ever…read more I've done food delivery as a driver for many many years from hundreds & hundreds of different restaurants and this specific Starbucks is in the top locations with the worst customer service that I've ever been to. All of the workers act entitled and don't acknowledge every single patron (customer) that visits their location to make sure they're satisfying each and every single patron's needs, as every single restaurant with excellent customer service does. Again, I've been to hundreds and hundreds of different locations from different restaurants/cafe's/etc to pick up delivery and extremely rarely does this ever happen. This is the second time that I go to this exact Starbucks location and I get treated like I have to carry the burden that they fail to carry as every single other restaurant location with actual great customer service does. They should all get fired to keep it real.. or at does very least get training in proper customer service.
