Friendly, professional, and quick staff do a good job at this very busy Starbucks. The inside seating area was pretty decent, considering the odd shape of the store. There is also a small patio outside overlooking the parking lot. Which brings me to the one negative of this store: parking stinks. The parking lot is crowded and dangerous (thanks to the spacing and people trying to get into the drive-through), and at a really weird intersection to boot! We were already at the H Mart, so just walked over, but I would definitely NOT try to park here, and if you have to walk through the parking lot, hang onto your kids! read more

They also allowed customers to sit within long after other locations who did not have a drive through window had closed for good. Friendly, but sometimes the staff prioritize more their drive-thru orders. Hence, the orders can take a while despite seeing the staff quickly make drink after drink. I've visited this location on numerous occasions and have always had a great experience however, today left me speechless. My order began with a venti cold brewed coffee, the same way I always order it, no ice and was told by the cashier that I would only get half the glass because the rest was meant for ice not coffee. My jaw literally dropped and the manager was close by so she approached me and offered fill the cup a bit more. She preceded to point with her finger to about 3/4 of the cup. I told them I'd contact the 800 number to get clarification on the matter since this is the first time this ever happens and will be right back. The 800 representative directed me to purchase the coffee as is and to call them back if there was a problem. They couldn't do anything otherwise. So, I go back into the store, place my order, I'm asked if I'm sure I don't want the ice. At this time, I mentioned the 800 number representative's instructions and the cashier went from cold to outright rude. She wouldn't make eye contact, she spoke harshly to my young daughters and I did tell her to cut the attitude. I asked her name and I believe she lied because she wouldn't make her name tag visible and my daughter notice her name was longer than what she said. The manager apologized for her behavior and offered to give me a full cup of coffee "this time". What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! This isn't up for negotiation, I am not asking for a handout and your cashier needs to learn to behave appropriately. She needs retraining or to be assigned a task away from customers. There are plenty of Starbucks that are much busier than this location and the staff manages to keep a positive attitude. The 800 number took a report, promised to address the problem and offered to refund my coffee. I declined the refund because the coffee was fine. I just want the problem addressed so this doesn't happen to another customer. read more

I go to the Starbucks because it's a few blocks from my office And they have a drive-through. However whenever I go once I go inside the place is always filthy and a mess. Even the drive-through takes forever sometimes. They have a lot of staff, more than I've seen a bigger stores, and they seem to be the slowest. Always in a rush too. read more

While spending the week in NY I made a stop at this Starbucks and used the drive-thru. My brother ordered a vanilla latte and as we had already driven off he noticed his drink does not taste right. He opened the lid to find he had only been given steamed milk, they had forgotten the espresso. I have to say that I have been here a few times and this is the only time they had messed up our order and they did give us a free drink the next time we went but forgetting the espresso gets you this place one star. read more

Convenient location on the blvd. The drive-thru is the best feature here. Its usually really quick. I have been in front of people ordering 6 or more drinks for everyone in there office when its raining out. Orders are right 99% of the time. I have never ordered food so I can't comment on that. I like this Starbucks because it's one of the few with a drive thru which is essential during the winter. The workers seem to have it together sometimes but they run out of stuff quickly which is inconvenient at times. So I mostly give it a high rating for the drive thru option. read more
