Ok. This isn't about THIS starbuck, but. So, if you like fruit, strawberry's, coconut (milk), cranberry strawberry juice, and... well, ice. ITS SOOO GOOD. I first tried it on a cruise to Alaska, there was a starvucks on the ship. And I got one. My new addiction. Anyway, I has like a... tropical, coco-nutty, fruity, cold LITERALLY BLISS! when I heard about it I was like "why do people obsess over this pink.. drink, somuch?" SO I went to the starbucks on the ship. AT first I was gonna get a dragon drink. But then I changed my mind AS I WAS ORDERING! anyway, its great I would get it. read more

This is a convenient Starbucks location, but the service and selection are not. Something was lacking in all of my recent visits. Once, they were out of decaf. They forgot to give me part of my order another time, and they were out of cookies on my most recent visit. Remove unavailable products from the display case or put up a sign. I understand this is a busy shop due to its location, but one would think it would stock accordingly. read more

Arrived an hour before closing on Sunday, April 4th. The lady (Aria) taking our order was so rude. She made us feel like we were such a tremendous burden inconveniencing her. Upon leaving, my son asked an employee for a complaint form. She said they didn't have those so we let her know how the lady behind the counter made us feel. Her response? "It's been a long day." Well, that was not a good answer in my book. If I'm correct, that woman is paid for the whole day, not just the first half. And as a patron, I would think I would get the same great Starbucks service regardless of what time I arrived. I let the worker know her response was inadequate. What was her next comment? With sarcasm and disrespect, "She can hear you, why don't you go tell her yourself." I looked over and she was in fact by this point very attentive. We had them call out the manager to address the second employee's rudeness and asked for an apology. The manager's response? "She's resigning today." Starbucks, I don't know what the deal is. How hard is it to apologize. We weren't asking for money back or free drinks (which were offered but we did not accept) just acknowledgement and an apology. Free drinks does not reverse the behavior or disrespect. It's only a buyout. read more

Went 30 minutes before closing on June 12th, 2019, the lady closing wasn't very pleasant to deal with, had an attitude the whole time. Didn't know her name, but was very rude. I ordered a strawberry frappe, the guy before her assured that it would taste like the strawberries and creme, but when i got my order literally was no creme in it at all. Was very overpowering with strawberry and just syrup. Not good at all. But the environment was clean. read more

After way to long at the base exchange, caffeine was a must. While the 3 adults did the caffeine jolt, the 3 kids got various cold sweet drinks. I got six drinks for under $20!!!??? Is this really a Starbucks or did they under charge me? Anyway, a great place to stop and a great friendly staff. They were really nice to to kids. We'll be back. read more

Always had great customer service but do think they need to pay their employees a great deal more. All the great staff that knew me my daily drinks are gone sadly and no one seems happy to work at this location due to salary, hours, etc. Also each employee should be able to be tipped on an individual basis. Sadly now I only back every once in a while and they've become too expensive too. read more

Busy place so be prepared to wait . Store is clean and everything is stocked . But took stats off for the staff . I understand you are busy but at least try to be friendly and have some energy . You had just opened and there was really no energy with the employees . read more

Came here and was amazed with the superb service. Actually, Starbucks has always had good service for me. The staff here is very nice and made my Mocha Frap drink perfect! In addition they gave me a Venti size on accident. Maybe they gave me a free upgrade but I did not complain! As far at the location is concerned, it was great. Plenty of seats and this is going to be my main handout when I am here again. read more

The past couple of times I've went in, I haven't felt welcome. I went in today and wasn't greeted (at other Starbucks I'm always greeted). When I went to order, the employee didn't ask anything. Just waited to take my order. She didn't interact much or seem interested. I don't mind going to this Starbucks location, but some of the employees should be trained on proper customer service. read more

I ordered a grande medium brew with cream & sugar. Pretty simple. However, they didn't have any coffee brewed! Why? You sell coffee!!

Not very welcoming. I usually go to another Starbucks because my drink is a little complicated and whenever my order is taken at this location, the staff seems annoyed. Placed my order through the mobile app as my boyfriend doesn't know squat about coffee and I don't live here. The ETA was 9-14 minutes, which gave him just enough time to finish up errands and pick up my order on his way home. I was impressed, he was out and back in the house in under 30 minutes. read more

Ordered my drink at the drive thru, once the whip melted, the cup was half empty. Wouldn't complain but this isn't the first time this has happened at this particular Starbucks. Very disappointed. Will be looking for another coffee spot. Too bad. read more
