I was very disappointed. I just went to this Starbucks and their "decaf" machine was broken!

I love this SB! It is by far the best I've been to. The staff is always pleasant and I swear they seem to make the best iced chai tea lattes ever! And their drinks are consistent. By that I mean, it always tastes perfect. There are times I've been to other SB and a chai could be mostly milk one day, then perfect the next, or you know you got pumped the last of the chai concentrate so it's off in flavor. The Escalon SB I've found to be more consistent in the flavoring of how they mix their drinks :) read more

friendly staff but EVERY time i go there is something wrong with the drink i order. Also when i order my daily bagel i always pay for cream cheese and order it beforehand on the mobile app but STILL get no cream cheese afterwards, and it happens ALL the time. read more

I literally have issue with this Starbucks every time I go. Recent one was asking for a child's hot chocolate for my 4 year old and I made sure to be specific. && not to mention had a positive attitude. I ordered 3 drinks as well. One of my drinks were completely wrong. I wasn't going to say anything and drive on my merry way because they make me feel uncomfortable when I let them know it's wrong. I give my daughter her hot chocolate and a kids hot chocolate is NOT suppose to be hot. Well my daughter burnt her tongue and her chin because she spit it out. I let them know that it wasn't a kids hot chocolate. I wasn't going to bring it up the fact it burnt my kid. && asked if they could remake it and two employees got attitude and rolled their eyes & continued to roll there eyes after the drink was remade. Then after I saw that I informed them that they burnt my 4 year olds mouth and that they should really pay attention after that. They didn't apologize. Then once they handed me the remake I let them know that rolling your eyes after you burnt my 4 year old mouth because you didn't make a kids drink right is on you. Then she apologized. Honestly it's the only Starbucks in town but I won't come back here. I haven't been back since this incident. I go elsewhere. I did contact corporate and they did compensate me but that doesn't change the fact that my daughter was hurt in the process of them being careless and they absolutely didn't care. All in all customer service here is full of attitudes and carelessness. If you can't treat people right you shouldn't be working in customer service. You'd think there would be a higher expectation because it's a small town with regular customers but no. read more

This is the best Starbucks in the area. The baristas are friendly and quick to get your drinks made. They have a lot of snacks and paninis. If you're a regular, they know your drink and if you never change it they'll make it when they see you get in line (which is awesome to me because I never deviate from my regular). To me, they're a great crew and I enjoy seeing them every time I go in. I know my drink will be right and I'll have a nice exchange at the counter or in the drive thru when I get my drink. Outdoor seating is good too, it's fenced off all around almost. They have a private corner of comfy chairs and tables, regular wooden chairs and tables, and a small bar with barstools. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked too. The store is well maintained and kept clean as well. They will get busy when the high schoolers have a lunch. So if you're in a rush, check to see when the high school across the street has their lunch hour so you can avoid them. They also had a larger selection of cups during the holidays. I think I bought 10 cups from them because it seemed they had every cup from the Dot Collection! read more

I wish I could give them negative stars! I've never been to a more disrespectful and rude Starbucks in my life. Not only did they give us wrong drinks and refuse to acknowledge they were wrong, when told they were wrong this barista gave attitude and rolled her eyes. I'm commonly sympathetic for a stressed barista just trying to do orders but this place is just awful. They started giving everyone else there order instead of ours and people began to take our drinks. Hopefully no one else goes to this Starbucks and has this awful experience. I use the mobile app. You would think it would be faster right!? But no. Not for here on the weekends. I literally stood waiting for my order for 10 minutes. I was helping others trying to figure out their own orders. And every single employee made eye contact with me but not one asked for my name or anything. They asked others that were standing next to me. So finally when someone spoke to me. My order had been ready. The girl who was working drive thru (Which usually helps me) told the one getting my order that my sandwich is cold to heat it up. She completely ignored her. And gave me my order. This Starbucks is clean with a strong local vibe. The staff are always extra busy, but have time to manage a greeting on entrance, friendly help when ordering, and a smile on pickup. They've gone above and beyond to get extra supplies as I've requested such as plates,forks, etc. the drive thru is timely with friendly service. read more

They run around like crazy dealing with drive thru, but I am standing in front of the register and everyone is ignoring me. Been to so many Starbucks and this is the first where they are running around and pay no attention to customers right in front of them. 7 people working behind the counter here they probably need a few more to fix a light bulb. read more

I am a regular at this Starbucks. Unfortunately today I actually cancelled my order and left. This location is in a small town and we ride our bikes everywhere. On more then one occasion I have just gone up to the drive thru window and have had no problem being served. Today the blond girl must not have had her coffee this morning. She was so rude and gave me the dirtiest look because I had peddled up to her window. After taking my order and walking away she turns around and then Tells me that I'll have to come in and pick it up. Grrrr. On every visit I'm usually treated friendly by the staff there. Escalon Starbucks is the best!! The ladies and gentlemen working in their are so polite and full of happiness. I will go out of my way just to stop in and say hi to everyone. I'm a regular here at the escalon Starbucks and I wouldn't change it for nothing. My 11 year old daughter really wanted to try the Unicorn drink, which apparently sold out in 1 day nation wide. My daughter was disappointed that it was no longer available and only for a limited time. Barrista Leia was so sweet and cheered her up by making her the 'Mermaid Frappuccino'. This drink was soooo good! The colors did look like Ariel's tail too, its amazing how she did that! Thank you Leia for going the extra mile to make my child happy when you didn't have to. Friendly staff. Always tables available. I love that when I order a dark roast around noon, they are out so they make a fresh cup for me.

I've tried to give this Starbucks plenty of chances but every time I have ordered a frappuccino here it is watered down or has ice chunks in it. It also takes them at least 10-15min in drive thru. I try to avoid this Starbucks as much as possible but it's the only one in Escalon. read more

Ill give it three stars for the coffee however the interior is greatly lacking the hard wooden chairs make it difficult to sit in for any length of time it just didn't seem to have that cozy feel other starbucks offer another big deal is the fact they keep all there creamer behind the counter and during busy times there customers are forced to wait at the counter for a staff member to get it for u come on starbucks wheres that service your famous for bring your creamer out and get some comfy chairs in there read more

Great experiences at our local Escalon SB! The morning crews are always working their hardest to satisfy customers, especially when the drive thru lines are long! Will never ever go back to this Starbucks again! Worst attitude from barista and all for absolutely nothing. Right from when I walked up to register, she had projected a very attitude at me. I paused and wondered "lord, what did I do". So I asked for my usual drink that I always get (from other starbucks locations", and after I stated it,..she confused me by asking how I wanted it, or a particular ingredient came two different ways. I told her that I just wanted it standard how it's advertised. Ok,..so she was sort of correcting me after i said again just how it's normally advertised. I mentioned that, no other barista has ever asked me that before, so I was really confused. So,.....instead of doing the polite thing and explaining it with some courtesy,..she became short and made the whole scenario uncomfortable. She made the drink,.it wasn't right! But that's ok. I asked for manager's name and she pointed to shift supervisor. I said that I actually wanted the manager's name. She gave me the name and stated RUDELY,.."did i do something wrong?" I said don't worry about it,..because at that point. Pointing out her rudeness was futile. I can speculate as to why but I wasn't going to push the issue. I'll just never go back this place. Omg! Awesome Starbucks it's one of my favorites!! I love this location it's always convenient to stop by or to drive by since they offer drive thru service. The employees here are always nice and helpful and the drinks always taste delicious. Whenever I do stop by its never too crowded nor noisy. Perfect place to stop by and work on homework with useful free wifi available. I always have a great experience at this location. Makes me want to stop by every single time I'm in town. Another great thing is that there's other places to stop by and grab something to eat along side of your Starbucks. Such as mountain mikes, Burger King, Taco Bell, subway and much more. The only bad thing I can point out about this location is the lousy parking lot it's located on. It's always hard to get back on the road since the southern exit is a no left turn exit forcing people to take a right turn and having to make u turn down the road if possible since there's a lot of oncoming traffic. Very nice staff. The corporation Starbucks is not in the earths best interest, although they have made efforts toward protecting the environment a bit more than previously. Buy fair trade organic coffee. I would prefer a family owned coffee place over starbucks quite frankly. Why Escalon let Starbucks in I do not know :( read more
