This location was renovated in November 2024. I expect many of the negative reviews reflected (must have been) the malaise all employees experience when the workplace is rundown. Now it's new and beautiful. The restroom was clean and well appointed. My barista was welcoming and cheerful. The three others were super busy with mobile orders and the drive-thru. This is a tiny building with seating for about 16 people. The reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 stars is the insane policy management imposes regarding coffee blend choice. Everyone complains about how bitter the Pike Place roast is, but that is the only option available without a pour-over after 9AM. Many other Starbucks have the same policy but push it until after noon. Starbucks sells many other roasts that taste great. Can't they keep one of them available pre-brewed? I've been to several other stores across the country where they featured a different roast in addition to the Pike Place roast all day long. Perhaps this store is too small to make that policy profitable. The previous negative reviews should show management that they need to step up to provide a better experience. The new building is a great start... now make better coffee. Here's some specific information for driving access. It's easy to get into the Starbucks parking lot and its drive-thru. The handicapped parking space is ~25-30' from the front entrance. Not ideal. There's a single driveway entrance which can get congested. As you exit it, be aware that you will be forced to turn right onto the main highway's service road. The reason for this is that a left turn will lead you to a (no left turn) situation where getting back onto the eastbound main highway requires using some parking lot diversion. The stoplight at the intersection you probably used (when you turned off the main highway) is not accessible directly. Instead your nav will send you a quarter mile to an intersection further west even if your next destination is east. I took the option of making that forced right turn and then making a U-turn equivalent by using a business parking lot immediately on the right. read more

OMG! Who's running this place. Every time I come thru my drink is wrong. They are slow and rude. This place has really gone down. The people don't care, the drinks are wrong, the wait time is extremely way too long. The barista's inside are not any better and the place was dirty!!! The food was not fresh. I don't know who's in charge here but it's not what a Starbucks is known to be. This place use to be to standards like 8yrs ago but has really gone to the pooper!!! read more

I should have waited till I was back in Huntsville for my Starbucks. Bland americano, bland Luke warm coffee. For $5.50 you would be better going to the gas station or passing. 13 minutes of sitting in line and over 20 minutes from when I ordered on the app. Sat at the window then they decided to make my iced coffee. I sat and watched then when it was finished being made it sat on the counter by window while they waited on everyone else. Finally got my iced coffee that had NO ice . Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. They change their hours ANY time they feel like it for no reason whatsoever. And, they routinely turn off mobile ordering any time they feel like it too. Employees are extremely rude. Visited last week (5/9/24) during a 50% off sale. The first employee did not know how to run the register and then rang up my order full price. When I stated I was not given my 50% discount, a second employee voided my first order and then re-rang my order with only a $0.10 (10 cent) discount. I then asked for a manager or supervisor, who then voided the second receipt, and rang up my order for the third time. No apology or discount was offered for the inconvenience or their mistakes --- by anyone Today (5/15/24) they had a sign on their door that they were closing at 5pm. I arrived at 4:53pm and had to go inside because they'd put a sign advertisement in the middle of the drive thru lane to block it off. When I went inside, I was the third person in line. The young woman ringing up the orders practically threw a temper tantrum after the first person's order and stated that she was not ringing anyone else up because they 'close at 5pm'!! The man in front of me and I stated it was not yet 5pm, but they did NOT care. The man in front of me spoke to the supervisor and she did nothing. The employees are unknowledgeable, rude, and have ZERO understanding that their JOB is customer service. I cannot understand the rudeness, disrespect, and overall ineffectiveness by ALL the employees (staff and management), They have NO CLUE that they work for the CUSTOMERS. We're the ones paying their salaries with the $6 coffees. I suggest the employees continue to work at Starbucks, because they would be written up and/or fired for their behavior anywhere else. read more

I've visited locations all over the US and a few overseas as well. This has to be the slowest location I've ever been to. So far, the drinks are pretty good, but make sure to give yourself 15-20 minutes in the drive through. They e run out of things a few times too. And I mean black tea, not breakfast sandwiches. So I got everything on time! The drinks were really good! The service was good! The people working there worked hard and never stopped! It was full but it was really good! I seriously recommend this place to those people who love refreshing drinks and coffee!! read more

Went through the drive-thru and ordered one white chocolate mocha and handed Michelle at the window a $10 bill. She handed me a dollar bill back and put the rest of the dollars and coins in her tip jar. I told her I wanted the rest of my change. She hatefully told me it was as just a few dollars, what???? I told her again that I wanted the rest of my change and my receipt. She rolled her eyes and grabs two dollars out of her tip jar and hands it to me. I never got the rest of my change or the receipt. I didn't even get what I ordered instead I was given a tall iced drink! After a few months I decided to give them another chance. This time I noticed that when you order the price that shows up on the ordering sign is .50 cents more per drink than the displayed menu prices. Furthermore, I had to wait over 30 minutes each time! I don't write bad reviews. I just go to the next location but In this city the next Starbucks is in the target and that's where I'll be going from now on....But this location needs some help. Lobby is closed a lot. Not sure why. Long lines at the window w 45 min waits. Short staff maybe? But, when I do happen to go inside I never get anyone to greet or help . Staff is unprofessional and has friend conversations behind the counter while your trying to order...I end up just stand there waiting. Plus Drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent. If you get in the drive thru you better have a good 35-45 minutes on your hands. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to. Drinks are inconsistent, and they are usually out of something. Employees have food boxes and other unopened merchandise boxes in the lobby, which is a health code violation to have outside food in the lobby of another establishment. This Starbucks truly has to be the worst location to ever exist. I know their workers are trying their best and I don't blame them but whatever is going on in there is a train wreck. I have had multiple issues with my order taking too long, but today was the final straw. All I got was a double shot of espresso and a wrap. I put in the order at 7:15 AM and at 8:15 when I went to check on my food(which they told me was being worked on) They kindly informed me that they are out of the spinach and feta wraps, and that they do not see my name. I would have at least like to know that I wasn't going to get my food before waiting an hour for nothing. All of this is besides the fact that they are constantly out of the most simple items like blonde espresso. Managed to get stuck in the drive thru for 45 minutes two different times now. The coffee is inconsistent and they have a tendency to forget parts of the order or substitute components of drinks. To top this off, their hours frequently don't match what corporate states they are. This Starbucks is a gamble every time you order. Personally, it's my last resort. read more

I like that the barista was able to know what I was talking about and made a suggestion as to how to get that particular taste. It was a decaf iced latte with classic syrup. That way you don't have sugar sitting at the bottom of your decaf iced coffee...sweet! It was awesome! I order it at all the starbucks I venture to. I like the layout of this one, it makes more sense than some I've seen. They offer free wi-fi for those that like that. They also seem to have room. The parking lot is strange but they have a drive thru that gets some use! read more

I love Starbucks, but I fear the employees at this location may need more training or classes in customer service. I went 3-5 times a week for 2 months and nobody ever asked or remembered my name. The first 2 weeks it took me 2-3 times repeating my order for them to get it. It was correct 65% of the time. Its just coffee and a syrup flavor, not hard. One girl was borderline rude every time she helped me, yet others seem to try, but they'd get distracted by talking to each other often. I get the distinct feeling like they don't even know that other Starbucks locations do things like remember names and act friendly to customers. Its a comfortable environment but sometimes they play the music too loud and its booming bass when you are trying to do work or have a conversation. Good number of outlets for computers and good ratio of comfy chairs and work stations. read more

Now I know why this Starbucks is so painfully slow.. walked in & only 3 people were working. 2 workers were sitting chatting. At 7am. Which is typically morning rush hour for a coffee shop. Then, the drive-thru was so backed up the last time I went there, that I had to go inside!! As I'm looking in the food case....there were FLIES everywhere inside it!! This was the slowest starbucks I ever went to. I was one of two customers in the store. There was a drive through line but i waited 15 minutes for my green tea latte. The barista made it hot when I asked for ice and when I told her she rolled her eyes. She threw in the matcha mix with ice and milk and swirled it around once so I ended up with a chunky green tea latte. I will remember to not stop by this location again. Now that we've established that this is a generic-corporate coffee shop devoid of personality, let's talk about the one bit of personality you will notice: the staff's horrible attitudes. Yes, their attitudes are as generic and off-putting as one can imagine. With that said, I've noticed the night-shift crew tends to be friendlier, but also they like to close shop very early. I've been going to this Starbucks for five years now; Good service, great coffee. However, they close an hour before their posted closing time. Seriously! If I am their and your signs says you're open, you should be open. I get locking the doors so me people can't come in, rude to come out from behind the counter at 9:00 pm, an hour before closing (10:00 pm) and tell everyone in the business it is time for them to leave because you are now closed. If you get any type of "loaf" don't take the top one it is always dry on one side. Restrooms are always clean and stocked. Went to this Starbucks with a friend of mine to have a chat over coffee and light snack. The building is very small and cramped and not very comfortable like most Starbucks I've been in also the staff was pretty rude! My friend had ordered a blueberry muffin that tasted stale and old she politely asked if they could heat it up a little to avoid complaining and the girl at the register replied with "But you touched it" ...
