Ordered a Chai Tea Latte, bagel, and Danish via Door Dash. Order arrived, very pleasant Door Dash driver. Bag very light, opened bag drink only , wrong size. Called store told her my Dash driver was coming back for the rest of my order. Very rude, no apology. I asked her how I could give the driver an extra tip on my bill she told me to take it up with Door Dash and the driver. I told her that her answers were rude and impolite. For 20 I got a Chai Tea. Captains Log : Monday 6-7-21 0930 hours I'm usually a Dunkin Donuts customer & for personal reasons I stopped spending my money @ Statbucks. Since there're NO DD here in Columbus, Starbucks it is even though I hate spending my cash at this Company. You ask why am I here then ? Well I needed to update my phones software so I knew they had WiFi plus it's been Awhile. Well big FREAKING MISTAKE ! ! ! So I walk up to the register, I see the employee behind the counter as I walk up to order NOT ONE FREAKING WORD TO ME ! ! This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Customer service very, very bad. Trying to do a little work on my computer as I enjoyed the coffee, but the music was turned up so loud I could not think, I think they turned it up just as the boss left. Used the mobile app to order a flat white. They accidentally made 2 and said I could have both! How awesome that was. The location isn't perfect. Due to COVID I went and sat outside. The parking lot is hectic and congested. People park in the handicap spots with no shame or regard for folks that may actually need the spaces. This is by far the worst Starbucks. It is the most inconsistent place. One day the drink is too sweet to even drink it. The next day it's so bitter you suffer through it and the third day they poured the shots of espresso directly over the ice so there are now three tiny ice cubes floating around and the drink is unbearably bitter again. The last time I went here to get a breakfast sandwich through the drive-thru when I was handed my food the front and the back of the bag had blood on it, not just a little. It was fresh and dripping. I asked that they take the bag back when she came back to the window. She did and handed me another bag moments later telling me a fresh sandwich was inside. When I got to work and opened the fresh bag...blood on the sandwich. I reached out to Starbucks customer service and they said the Columbus district manager would be contacting me and they assured me they take cleanliness seriously. A week later and no one has contacted me. Well I expected a little more out a Starbucks. I hadn't been back to Columbus in eight months, so it was nice to see a bit of civilization moving into town. I walked in and went right to the register because the drive through was long. I stood there for a solid three to four minutes waiting for one of three baristas to make eye contact with me. Another lady walked in and got in line behind me then finally someone came over to take my order. I ordered an iced Tiramisu coffee and received a hot one :/ I asked the barista if she recommended the new Tiramisu drink and she said no because she hadn't tried it. I think baristas should try the new products to be able to give an honest opinion when asked for a recommendation. A little bit to work on here Starbucks. Lived a lot of places and been to countless Starbucks and this one just can't figure it out. While some baristas are sweet and helpful, others (usually the Sunday midday staff) are cold and seem annoyed to have customers in here. (Maybe because it is so cold in the store!!!) Floors are consistently dirty and for some reason they never have the cream out where it should be. So after you get your coffee and the barista is helping another customer at the register, you walk over to the cream and sugar station to find none of the milks. Then you wait at the counter for help just for the barista to act annoyed and like you're crazy for wanting cream in your coffee. I'm sorry, aren't these supposed to be out all the time? Definitely friendly and the drinks were prepared fast however the lady that was taking orders ended up chatting with friends as they ordered which lead a wait that was entirely too long. This Starbucks was a little slower on the drive thru then what I'm used to. It took me 12 min to wait in line, place my order and get my drink. There were about 6 cars (from the person picking up their order to me) in front of me when I pulled up. Worst experience ever!!! That crew was the most rudest Starbucks employees ever!! We went Sunday 5/27/18 at approximately 425 pm. We came in to order. The girl taking the order was talking on her headset with the other girls working there. After 5 minutes she asked if we were ready to order. Mind you we were ready to order when we first entered. The girl never asked for a name for the order. She told us it would be ready at the bar. We waited 15 minutes and asked if she was working on our order. Long story short she gave our drink away to another customer. When it was brought to her attention she was NOT apologetic at all!! INSTEAD OF MAKING OUR DRINK SO WE DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT ANY LONGER SHE MADE SURE ALL OF DRIVE THRU AND OTHER CUSTOMERS IN STORE GOT THEIR DRINKS!! When I asked if she was almost done she completely blew me off!! My daughter noticed her drink was ready (the only drink we purchased mind you!) on the counter. I was getting irritated and the girl asked if we wanted a refund. I simply asked again how much longer and she said about 30 seconds. Well she brought 3 drinks to us and i told her we only ordered 1 drink. She gave me the dirtiest look and called the customers name that the drinks were made for!!After it was brought to her attention that she gave our drink away it took another 15 minutes before we finally Walked out. I am very disappointed with the service I received today. My mom and I are long time lovers of Starbucks. I am even a gold card member. We ordered a grande black tea and a venti skinny mocha frap. We received the right black tea, but the skinny mocha came out hot. We told he barista we had ordered a frap. She argued with us and said we did not order a frap and that this is what we ordered. I explained to her that we did order a frap and requested a new one. She told us since the other barista rung it up as a hot mocha there would be a charge difference. I have never had a barista argue with me over what I have ordered. So we went back to the cash register so the original barista could "charge" us the difference. She ended up doing the math and decided she wasn't going to charge us the difference, which she shouldn't have anyway. Am I wrong to be under the impression of Starbucks policy that they have to remake a drink for you if it's not what you ordered?? They ended up remaking it to a frap, but still messed it up. ...so while visiting the store location and trying to have a business conference call; I was entertained by one of the employees with his taste in music... Myself, my business partners, and all the other patrons in the store had the pleasure of hearing Tom Jones' "What's New Pussycat" over 10 times on a loop for over 12mins... with short repeated sections of the song... primarily the "what's new pussycat" portions. Along with the repeating of sections and looped song... it was at a nice 8 audible level of a 1 to 10 scale and accompanied by the constant questions and complaints of my partners and colleagues. It does not matter if you go inside the establishment or take the drive thru, it will still take 10 plus minutes to get your coffee! Saucy attitudes, on a cold day it was freezing in the store, there are no comfy chairs, it took 5 minutes to get a cup of decaf coffee and consistently they don't have any half/half out on the counter. They said "they were instructed to take it off the counter after noon." ???? So for those who like coffee after noon (which I thought you were a coffee place???), you have to go begging the staff for milk or cream. I have been in Starbucks from Seattle to NYC and have never heard of cream being hidden from customers. Has Starbucks philosophy moved more to profits and McDonalds level of service? Seems to be working so great for McDonalds!! What really pushed me to write a review was the fact that the local staff decided to close the entire day because of a snow storm, that as of 7am on 2/25/15 never appeared.
