My husband and I are so glad to see the much improved service and friendly atmosphere! We had consistently encountered a miserable barrista about two years ago who actually told my husband "we don't need people like you" after my husband asked why he was always so angry towards him. He had been a daily regular but stopped going after that. It only takes one barrista to lose a customer. We have since returned and all the workers seem to enjoy each other now that (Lou?) is gone. It's so nice hang out and sip our coffees again! read more

I don't know what happen to this Starbucks. it used to be reasonable in time and quality. but recently it's incredibly slow. like 25 min wait times in drive through. ive come multiple times and Ive watched like 20-30 cars leave and go across street to Dublin. if I was the owner of this store I would be bothered by the amount of lost profits. read more

Typical Starbucks. Inside looks like they all do. The staff is very friendly. The star of the show though, was DEFINITELY the PERFECT cappuccino. Textbook foam, especially for oat milk. I could tell as soon as I picked up the drink. You could stand a spoon up in that foam - Which is not typical for Starbucks. Very happy! read more

Starbucks - perfect oat milk cappuccino. foam was amazing. above Starbucks usual quality. everything i could ask for! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

Very busy and friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean. We are travelling from Florida to canada. Good spot to stop and easy access off the highway read more

Surprised the reviews are so low. I FREQUENT this starbucks and it's fairly decent. The drinks are great and staff is friendly. My only complaint (and it's a big one) Is that the staff has no urgency. I often am waiting to have my order taken while the staff chats away with each-other or customers. However, they are good managing the drive through most of the time. I'd recommend not going inside read more

Kind, skilled, accommodating, staff, clean inside seating and outside, foods hot, coffees are good. However, always PACKED. Management could be better. Something isn't being provided for these workers, cause they are scrambling on top of eachother. While the individuals are doing great, they have little room, not enough staff, and aren't being paid enough for being a PRIME Starbucks location. read more

Extremely speedy and quality service. Low stars because the quality of the iced vanilla latte was very poor. It's tasted way more bitter than black coffee despite having 26 grams of sugar. Based on the way it tastes, it seems like this location needs their machine descaled or cleaned. read more

Every time I come through this location in the early mornings my drink is made wrong. What I order is very simple and this place is too expensive to be getting your order constantly messed up. I could understand if it was every once in a while but it's every time. Then when I asked for my drink to be remade I asked nicely and the worker gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. I wouldn't recommend coming here in the morning read more

I've been ordering here for years. They had a great crew about 5 years ago, so efficient and personable. Now the only one of that crew that's left is Terri - she is the BEST! The past couple days I've done a mobile order, the order was to be ready in 9 minutes, got there about 12 mins after the order was placed, no order. I ended up waiting another 20-25 mins for my mobile order. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't start making the drink until you've been standing there for 15 mins? read more

I stopped by before meeting some friends for dinner to grab a coffee. I ordered ahead of time and my order was ready when I arrived. I entered the empty store with no customers. None of the employees welcomed me in or said hi. I proceeded to the restroom, which needed a good cleaning - it was gross. I picked up my coffee, no one said anything to me. After finding a seat for a few minutes, I went back up to see if my second item was ready. The mobile orders were stacking up, but no one was calling them out. My second item was there and I grabbed it and proceeded to a table. Again, no one said acknowledged me. I sat for a minute before deciding to leave and sit in my car because the atmosphere was so unwelcoming. There is a Dunkin across the street, maybe they're more friendly.... Disappointing experience today. read more

What has happened to this Starbucks location? The workers are soooo slow, especially at the drive through. I'm not sure if it's because of the holidays, but you seriously need to pick up the pace....it's painful. I feel like I'm at the DMV read more

I come here almost everyday and each day my coffee is never right. Today I asked the girl if this was my drink because it did not taste right at all and all she did was add more coffee to it and give me attitude. There is no need to be rude about having to fix someones drink. I asked if she could make me a new one and they did it still didn't taste right. I ordered a iced coffee with caramel, light cream, and caramel drizzle. It was all cream and had no flavor to it at all and it was extremely watered down and had no ice in it. This was one of my worst experiences at this Starbucks. read more

Staff is very disorganized and are allowed to be on their phones and not working while patrons are waiting in the drive thru and in the store. Management has no ability to control their staff nor their mouths as they speak to patrons. Manager cut off mobile orders as they could not keep up due to half the staff standing around doing nothing. They were more concerned about taking a break than fulfilling orders. I'll never visit this store again. read more

This is quite literally the slowest Starbucks you'll ever walk into. I come here at least 4 times a week and lately it has been so slow. I don't know if it's new hires but you will MOBILE ORDER atleast 15m in advance , get there and wait an extra 25-30m just for a coffee. It's ridiculous. I've had to cancel my mobile order twice because I'd be late to prior appointments. Waste of time. Stop down the road in Washington or Bridgeville. read more

Really not all that great. They do have a drive through. And they are very very busy like all the time. Workers don't seem very happy there. Service suffers. read more

Spacious. Has a drive thru. Pretty busy location. I don't think they brew decaf coffee. They do call out the names pretty loud for the mobile orders. Otherwise standard Starbucks. Fair. read more

Very slow drive-thru service. I have gone at several different times of the day and its never any different.. expext at least 20 to 30 min wait read more

What a nice treat!!! I was on my way Coraopolis and I decided to stop at this Starbucks.the barista that greeted us was so nice and helpful, my battle buddy doesn't do Starbucks so he thought my pumpkin spice no fat latte was complicated lol! It was a great visit. They gave me a huge Disclunt and I know it was because I was in my uniform:) thanks for being nice to soldiers:) read more

Very good! Ordered the vanilla bean Frappuccino. Drive thru was very long so ended up going inside. Service was slow but the product was great! Restaurant was clean and inviting. Would definitely return. read more

This is the most inefficient location. I worked for Starbucks once and corporate needs to clean house. They're slow, don't communicate and just an overall mess. I stood waiting for a mobile drink order for 10 minutes while it sat on the counter. read more

I love this Starbucks, it's such a great layout, spacious and comfortable. It used to have a fireplace but they removed it when they remodeled a few years back when a car lost control and drove through the side of the building. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canonsburg, Pennsylvania

Overall a great starbucks with a solid staff, I've had very good experiences in the few times I have stopped before work for a drink. The one down side is that the drive thru can be a bit of a pain sometimes with the wait. They did however recently finish reconstruction of their drive thru moving it to the opposite side of the building, and away from the awkward previous location right off of the road. Once I spilled my drink in my car going around the turn out of the exit (completely my fault), and went back in to order another drink. They offered a replacement to me free and even let me use some wet towels to help clean up the mess, which was a huge help - they really crush the customer service in my book. As an added bonus, the baristas are always very friendly and upbeat in the mornings which always makes things better. I always feel like my drinks are made with some extra TLC at this spot. read more

Great place to relax, socialize and enjoy great coffee or any speciality drink prepared by some of the best baristas working for Starbucks. Manager and staff polite, extremely attentive to customer's needs providing fast no waiting service. Canonsburg Starbucks drive through, in spite of a continual barrage of non stop cars passing through provides quick accurate service and WON a reward for being the most efficient in the area. Come often for an enjoyable coffee experience in a pleasant clean friendly environment. read more

This Starbucks is convenient if you wanna jump off the highway and grab a coffee but it won't be quick. The service here seems to be short staffed often. There's always a long line around the building of cars at the drive up window. The parking lot is very small so sometimes you get caught inline with the cars just to park. The inside is what you would expect with a Starbucks there is a small seating area. Some grab and go food and some beans to take home as well at tea. I'll most likely return again because I prefer Starbucks over dd across the street. read more

Construction is over. Back to being a normal Starbucks. The drive thru wait time is still above average.

Overpriced, cheap coffee, and new look (not sure when it was done) is kind of ugly. Not a big fan of Starbucks in general. Only thing that does give them a second star is the green tea is OK if I'm in a bind. read more

I frequent this Starbucks a lot, almost daily. The staff is friendly, but my order often is wrong in the drive thru. The only reason I continue to id it is very convenient for me. However I feel most times it id due to rushing as there is always a line at the drive thru. However when someone is paying $5-7 for a coffee drink you should really try to get the order right. read more

I liked the layout of this Starbucks as it had quite a bit of seating inside and some outdoor seating as well.

This is, by far, the worst Starbucks drive thru that I've ever encountered. They have messed up my drink more than 5 times in the past month and a half. To be fair, I think they have a hard time hearing the orders because of the busy road behind them but today the employee repeated my order back to me and it was still made completely wrong with the wrong flavored syrup. The only reason I keep going is because it's a convenient location. read more

Service is VERY, VERY SLOW! For a Starbucks this is unacceptable! I've been to this location a few times for both the drive through and inside seating. Every time it's the slowest service. Never, never again. The staff needs to step up their game read more

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I've been to a ton of Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the worse one. Stuck up manager spotted my firearm through my jacket (my mistake for printing but) was asked to leave (import note here there is not a policy that allows a manager to kick out a customer for carrying and esp not legally carrying concealed) used to be regular... Never again. Manager should be fired. I have permit and was polite the whole time. I immediately left without any argument just a "sorry for the trouble and have a nice day" but when I went though the drive though a week later for my aunt.. I was screamed at and was threatened.. Pathetic.. Dont support them. read more
