Despite this, their cafés are often full or at least very busy. I managed to acquire loads of vouchers recently for free coffees & muffins in Starbucks, hence today's visit. I had an espresso & a chocolate muffin. The muffin tasted like a Centra muffin. A Centra muffin that you'd misguidedly purchase at around 6pm cause you really fancy one, but then when you take it out of the bag you find its a bit more cardboard-like and disappointing than you'd expected. The espresso tasted like cheap instant coffee, it's strength was somewhere between an Americano & an Espresso. Aside from the above, Starbucks has its uses. The staff were nice enough and there's lots of seating. It's a good spot for if you want to do a bit of work on a laptop too. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit. I really don't see myself going back to this (or any) Starbucks again soon, even if it is free.

The staff are friendly enough, the toilets could be a little cleaner and there is only 2 of them and you need a code to get in which is on the bottom of the receipt. Overall, it does it's part in pleasing Starbucks lovers, but for anyone else there's plenty of other coffee shops littered around Bray for your caffeine fix!

It is not the best outdoor area as it is right in front of a bus stop so it is pretty noisy and polluted but sure if you are smoking what does that matter? It is really bright and airy and the music isn't blasting through the speakers, in fact it would have been quiet relaxing if it wasn't for all the kids running around, but it was a Sunday morning so maybe it would be more kid free during school days. The staff were helpful and bubbly but not in an annoying way the the service was quick and efficient. The machines in operation here are bean to cup machines so in theory you should be able to get the same standard of coffee everytime you come in as you just press a button and the coffee grinds and brews automatically. In theroy the coffee should be fresher too as the beans are only ground as each cup is made, but it is still Starbucks coffee which I find not very exciting, however, at this time of year they do have their more flavoursome Christmas Blend on offer which you can have as a filter coffee or in an espresso based drink. I would highly recommond this, with one of their delicious and festive gingerbread muffins. The prices in every Starbucks have increased by 15c, at least for an americano it has, so value isn't as great as it use to be here, but still if you like a lot of coffee Starbuck's venti sized can't be beat.
