I have been to this Starbucks many times. It's the closest to my work. Since there are two entrances to get inside the parking lot, the traffic can get a little hectic, and the drive-thru line can take a while sometimes. Plus, if there is a line for drive-thru, your car may be blocking other cars that are parked. Plus, BHS is down the street, and during lunch hours, it can be busier. All the times I've gone, staff is always so kind. Especially today, the girl in pink at the window was adorable. She was telling me about other specials they're having today while I was waiting for my drinks. This Starbucks is very busy every time I stop by. The drive thru line is all the way at the street. So I have my husband pull up and drop me off at the front. If you walk up to window it seems to go faster than drive thru. Customer service each time has been good, never any problems with that. They have tables to sit at while you wait for your coffee. The drinks we ordered were made just like we wanted them. Chai latte iced was so yummy, first time I had it cold. I like that so much better. The big disappointment was in the breakfast sandwiches I ordered the bacon gouda for my husband and the sausage and egg for me. The bacon was kid size tiny. I only ordered him one because I didn't know it was so tiny. My sandwich was just ok. I wouldn't order either of them again. They aren't cheap, definitely not worth the price. I make a better breakfast sandwich myself at home. We just left home in a hurry so had to grab something. Next time I will stick with just the drinks. read more

So I have a weird rule and don't leave reviews for any type of chain. I figure it's a chain and for the most part, it is what it is. But I'm going to commit my ultimate cardinal Yelp sin for this Starbucks. I have my regular morning Starbucks location that I stop at before work and they've been nice and no major issues, but nothing to write home about. Recently, there's been major road construction so I've had to re-route my morning work drive and started stopping at this one. It's not an ordinary Starbucks. It doesn't have any inside seating and honestly, it's not in the best area. I wondered how they always stayed busy, but I've figured it out. Customer service. In my last several visits, they're always really nice and really quick. But I have to say, Mariah really stands out. I don't know if I should be ashamed or proud to admit I've been a gold star member since 2013; and I've never had an experience where there's been a mean barista or even a bad one, but there's hasn't been one quite as nice. It's pretty early when I pick up my coffee. Anywhere between 615am-630am and shes always been nothing short of pleasant. The first time I did a mobile order I didn't pay attention and ordered at the wrong store. She asked me to pull forward and she would help me. Honestly, I think I was more annoyed with myself for being stupid than she was. The next time I went she knew me by name and said my order was ready. Okay so yeah, I probably made myself stand out with my wrong mobile order lol, but regardless I was impressed. Small recognition and some niceness goes a long way. Thanks Mariah for making my mornings a tad bit cheerier. read more

Probably the first time in a long time I've came to this Starbucks location being that it's a little far and I'm never in the area. Today, I had business matters downtown and thought a water with lime would definitely cool me down. Any who, I came and ordered a simple water with lime slices and it was done pretty much as soon as I pulled to the window. The drink is only $0.50 so it's not that much of a deal but while drinking I looked at the lime slices and they look like they've been sitting out for 3 days. A little gross, it made me throw the entire drink out. EXTREMELY FAST SERVICE!! We drove by this morning to get egg bacon bites and chicken wraps. We were literally in and out of there in like 3 minutes. Short review: I've been going to this Starbucks location now for about 2 times a week and I have to say this is a great place to get your coffee if you're looking for a fast Starbucks!! I have not had one problem here, not one! They always have everything in stock, they never run out of things mid day like the rest of the Starbucks locations. They are also very quick on taking your order and getting everyone out of the drive through line. They don't mess around! AND THEY NEVER MESS UP ON YOUR ORDER!!! What's unique about this place is that they do not have a inside store just a small walk up window, kinda like a sonic. This is a quirky little Starbucks. There is no interior dining area in which to sit and hang out, but there is a drive through window on one side and a walk up window on the other. There are five tables outside under a latticework shade on the walk up side, and they do have free wifi even though you'll have to sit outside or in your car to use it. The drive through had our drinks ready quickly and the people inside were very friendly, talking and laughing amongst themselves while still providing excellent and speedy service. We felt a part of the shared humor rather than being left out. Mom ordered a Strawberries & Cream Frappuccino and I had a lime refresher and they were both quite tasty. Mom was so impressed with how pretty her drink was she insisted I photograph it. Quick friendly service with Starbucks drinks made expertly. I wanted a quick caffeine fix, so decided to pull through this drive thru. Placed my order and they were sold out...of the first 3 options I tried to order. Okay, I understand that this happens, but three common menu items? Then the wait was nearly 10 minutes (only 3 vehicles in front of me)... Which seems really strange, because their stock is obviously limited and this is only a drive thru (there is no indoor seating/service area). What's going on in there? Finally, when I got my order, it was actually someone else's drink. They eventually did get me the correct one. Then I opened my bag for the Lemon Pound Cake I also ordered...and it was still in the packaging!! I used to walk to this SB frequently from work. They've always been friendly & efficient. I paid a visit today hoping they were one of the few SB that still had Caramel Brûlée mix...nada! But--the young barista told me he would make something similar & would even put the toffee topping. I tried it & it was pretty darn similar! I stopped at this Starbucks location on a hot day and ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato using a $2 Treat Receipt, which was made promptly and correctly.
