I ordered a Venti creme caramel frappuccino with almond milk and no whip cream. I have ordered this dozen of times. Usually it comes out a carnally color. I am completely allergic to to dairy. The first time it came out completely white and with whip cream so I couldn't even drink it. The second one came out completely white again, and when I took a sip I had to spit it out as it had normal milk in it. I've never had an issue with this drink before and even when I gave benefits of the doubt to have them remake it they still didn't get it right. However I will say thank you to Trevor for being so nice and understanding about the entire situation. A shame this happened twice in a row... read more

Starbucks - Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Arlington, Washington

Genuinely delightful baristas at this location, especially at the drive-thru. Placed a late afternoon mobile order with drive thru pick up, and it wasn't quite ready when I arrived. The barista at the window was friendly and carried on light banter while we waited for the order. Our drinks were made exactly to order, including our customizations. They even accommodated a last-minute, at the window drink add-on. Even times when I've come through before the break of dawn, I am greeted with the same positive vibes! I appreciate this level of consistent kindness in this day and age! read more

Starbucks - Drive thru - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Arlington, Washington

While I was traveling for work in Arlington, this was my go-to Starbucks and it didn't disappoint. Probably my favorite thing was that is was incredibly close to my hotel. This made for incredibly easy access to my much needed caffeine. It also didn't hurt that they always got my order right and my drink tasted great. Logistically, the have plenty of parking and seating. The inside was clean and well kept. This is a solid SB and I'd suggest stopping by. read more

I love my Starbucks. We stop at this coffee house frequently. After our walks my friend and I stop for great coffee or tea, pumpkin bread, egg bites, or other goodies and of course pup cups. The staff are courteous and friendly. It's a challenging neighborhood but they make it a fun place. The bathrooms and store are clean. Thanks for good service. read more

Convenient Starbucks!! My drink was made perfectly. We did sit outside where there were a couple of tables with chairs. Baristas were efficient and friendly. I'd pick up coffee from here in the future if I'm in the area! read more

Jacob has the best customer service ever! He really knows how to make people's day! What a polite, young man!

Friendliest baristas I've met at Starbucks in a while. Greeted me on my in and my way out. Even asked if I wanted an ice water as a thoughtful gesture when I only ordered food. Highly recommend! read more

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! This is over an inch below the top for a VENTI latte. Over $7 for coffee and they try to rip you off. Can't you give the customer what is paid for????? read more

I used to be a regular here and Lakewood/Smokey Point attending daily. Very sad SB progression downwards. Now it's just an expensive drive thru coffee because the lobby is closed more than 1/2 the time. What happened to the ambiance and friendly neighborhood place? I really didn't mind spending a little extra for that experience. Lots of other choices now to sit with friends and family and enjoy a cup. read more

This location is a little harder to get to (traveling east from I-5) because it requires one to drive past it and make a u-turn and wander through the parking lot. The hassle factor and the fact that it used to close pretty early each evening was a deterrent for years. Tonight, I was passing through the area early enough I knew the store would be open, so I dropped by to find they have expanded their hours -- closing at 8:30 pm Fri-Sun (and 7:30 pm Mon-Thu)! I'm glad I stopped. The barristas were really nice -- even hand-delivering my pour-over. This store has a large footprint, but it's usually fairly quiet and very comfortable. Free WiFi, close to I-5 with a great work environment and plenty of room to spread-out makes this the perfect stopover between Seattle and Bellingham! ***************************** If you found something useful in my review, please rate my review as 'useful,' (and/or, 'funny,' or 'cool' if appropriate). One of the worst SB. They don't know how to follow what was ordered the barista have an attitude. Not once, twice or three times but so many times the drinks are made wrong. Stay away from this SB. And no matter how many times you complain nothing happens. read more

I feel like Starbucks is pretty universal about how their drinks are made. I asked for an ombré pink drink and what I got was pretty much a Lime Starbucks refresher topped with passion tango tea. It's supposed to have coconut milk, but they forgot to put it in. They didn't even ask if we wanted our pastry warmed. Customer service is ok, not very professional. read more

This Starbucks location is a good size. Indoor and outdoor seating available, as well as a drive thru if you didn't want to come in. They don't carry the You Are Here mugs but they are pretty far from Seattle so not too surprising. Cashier was super friendly and service was quick. I'm sorry, I've let it slide the last 4-5 visits. I can't Anymore. I online order because I don't want to be late for work. Every time I order on phone it's says, are you sure you would like to order your stuff might be waiting. ( they only need like 4-5mins) Yeah I will order so I can make sure I don't need to wait. Well I'm getting very tired of going inside and waiting and seeing car after car pass the drive window. What's the purpose of online ordering If I must go inside for 6 mins? Everyone there seems nice and friendly. So I'm guessing they don't know any better or have poor leadership. I might skip Starbucks and just do woods coffee in my working city. And this is the one across the street from Safeway in Arlington/ Smokey point read more

This Starbucks is exactly what you'd want or expect. This is the location I visit most in Arlington thanks to it's convenient location and how close it is to Teriyaki Point! Awful customer service. As a Starbucks partner I'm disappointed and really shocked about how my husband was treated at this location. He ordered an expensive drink from the neighboring store this morning. This was a big splurge for him to use up his stars but he's working 2 jobs after the birth of our child and really needed a kick me up. The drink was unfortunately made incorrectly and was missing ingredients. He called and told me how bummed he was because he was so looking forward to it. I encouraged him to go back after work to get it made correctly. The neighboring Lakewood store was closed by now due to short staffing . The barista working at this location told him he could get his remake but when he got to the window the dto/ dtw was extremely rude and accused him of just trying to get a free drink and then proceeded to charge him in full for his remake and say it's because it was the other stores mistake anyway. This is not how it works. This barista did not make the moment right. Completely unacceptable and so far from standard. I know first hand with all the craziness how rude customers can be and so to treat any customer , let alone a person who was being polite this awful is only making things worse for all the baristas. This only encourages customers to be nasty. Not cool. Not standard. Not right. read more

I don't usually go to Starbucks unless I'm on the road. When I am in this area, I always hit this one because it is close to other stops that I need to make. For a Starbucks, it is usually pretty good. Usually friendly, quick and decent drinks. However yesterday was horrible. The order taker at the drive thru was a little snippy, the line was SLOW and then to top it off, my drink was disgusting and I threw it away. I asked for a lot of ice and got only a few cubes, asked for coconut milk and got almond milk. Luckily I don't have a nut allergy. I was already on the freeway before I took a drink, so didn't have time to go back. Grrr. read more

This is my daily Starbucks. I go in at 7am, and the place is always packed with regulars and the local police. Great service, regular employees, ALWAYS friendly. The one or two times they've messed up my order the server realized it before handing it over, and offered to fix it plus give me the extra beverage for free. Drive-thru is quick except on garbage pick-up days, as the dumpster is inconveniently located in the drive-thru. Somehow I've been stuck behind that garbage truck on more than a few occasions. Relocate the dumpster and I'll give you 5 stars. read more

This place is inside of Safeway. They do have bench that is tall like a bar and stools. There are also plenty of small tables to sit. But the place was kind of dirty and not cozy at all. Sturbucks (lol) employees were friendly, but does not seems they are there all the time. This place is open till 8pm only and it facing another Starbucks on the same street! I found it entertaining. I don't think i will have a meeting there again, unless in the mornings it is cleaner. read more

This is another great Starbucks location- Located with easy access off of I-5 , this is also close to Costco and its Costco gas station. I am not sure what is going on here but the new hires are just not getting it! I have complained to Meghan SEVERAL TIMES and she does nothing to help the situation. Wow, nicest staff ever! My husband and I had a long night on a late ferry ride and ended up having to stay an extra night in Anacortes before heading back home to Ellensburg, and this stop put us in a much better mood because of all the friendliness. I was greeted so kindly when I walked in and asked about my day. The girl working at the cashier should definitely get a praise for her customer service this morning. Also, I loved the "Have a great day" note that was written on my bag. Thank you, Arlington Starbucks! read more

Order took an exceptionally long time to fill. During that time the barista stood and stared at me. She did not respond when i talked to her, just stared. It was creepy.
