Cheeee!!! Round of applause! I did a version of my Dubai chocolate drink and it tastes AMAZING despite being $12.50 but it was worth every penny! Breakfast of the champs!

How's this thing of beauty!

The chill zone is here... Why go to the mall when this Waimalu Plaza location that has so many free parking steps away and has one of the spacious seating area ranging table for two to four where you're able relax, get work done or just take that moment for yourself. The only downside is I don't see any outlets to recharge your electronics. Layout is nice and organized so you're able to shop and browse their merchandise, grab and go items without interfering with the flow of the line to order is nice. The staff here is very nice greeting guests as they arrive and leave made my Matcha Latte perfectly in my new sparkling red cup does bring the extra touch of joy t my day off. Thank you!

Big, spacious and clean store. We ordered thru the app. Our order was ready pretty quick. Staff was friendly, tables clean, bathrooms were clean. Parking is easy, we pulled up to a spot by the front door.

Inside is huge

I decided to come here to get my coffee fix. I always get the grande hazelnut oat milk shaken at every Starbucks when I crave coffee. This drink at this location was pretty strong. Other Starbucks I go to don't make it that strong. Whoa. It sure is a pick me up this afternoon. Lol I definitely liked the inside because it's so huge. They should add more tables because there's just so much dang space. Haha. I usually never get food from here only cake pops for my daughter when she's with me. Ambiance is nice. It's fairly loud in here but that's okay with me. I'm used to being around loud people haha. This location was convenient because the Thai village I go to is in the same shopping center. I would come back but maybe order something else. My favorite fruit drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher so I may come back to order that.

This location has great parking and it's usually not crowded. If you're looking for a place to study or chit chat with your friends, this is the place! The workers are quick and working hard behind the counter to get everyone's drinks out. I highly recommend ordering through the Starbucks app so you don't have to wait in line. If you order through the app, you can just wait at the pick up area. They usually have outdoor seating which is perfect for a nice day out! The drinks are always made to perfection and their food items taste amazing as well!

Today is Red cup Thursday. Website and email said order any drink any way and I ordered exactly what was suggested - iced Gingerbread oatmeal chai - and get a holiday red cup. Ordered online. Came for my order - no red cup. Asked the barista and she lifted an empty red cup and asked if that's what I meant. Replied "yes." She responded with "its only for hot drinks." Needed to leave so I didn't take the time to pull up the photo (posted) because I wasn't 100% certain if it was her or me. Went home and sure enough my iced Gingerbread chai was the suggested drink to get a red cup. So I have no red cup. Not happy. So only two stars today.

My order was a mocha with 2 pumps peppermint syrup and no foam.

I am a regular, come here almost every other day for the last 3 years. They are so inconsistent with their drinks. I always put "no foam" because I personally think it's a waste of space. Today, I ordered a mocha with no foam. Instead, they put whipped cream on top. And then didn't even fill the cup. It's literally 1/4 empty! This isn't the first time this has happened. It's happens almost every week! I'm fed up, but they are the closest coffee shop near my work ‍

Excellent customer service and my coffee came out perfectly made! I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again.

Starbucks in the Waimalu shopping center is pretty busy...constant traffic...service friendly and efficient with lots of parking. Got a table but about half hour later all table taken.. Starbucks rock!

Dirty windows.
Bob F.

Clean the place up. Every time I go in this place there is trash on the floor. Three people working behind the counter and no one can grab a broom. Let me add in when you sweep the floors wipe down the tables.

Looks green to me...

I've been going to this particular Starbucks for years now and have come to realize that I have not given them the credit they deserve for consistently being good day in and day out. Great coffee guys!

A typical Starbucks but with lots of seating choices. It's in a plaza so there's tons of parking as well. The staff is quick and polite.

Chaden is the worst barista ever. He is immature and needs to grow up. He is too full of himself and needs to be humbled.

A mix of resto and bakery with huge dining space that could accommodate big group and big selections within the bakery cases. Also multiple outlets in town! The one in Pearl City had particularly speedy service and super responsive servers. Yep you could tell hard to find stuffs and make choices given those huge options. We got their iconic Poi Mochi Doughnut, Coco Puff, and Hawaiian Butter Mochi. We were impressed by all particularly the last one with the huge portion that we could even bring home and still so so good. Perfectly chewy with slight crunch on top from the sugar and cinnamon. The Coco Puff was another pleasantful one, with chocolate custard inside and chantily (salted caramel alike) crunch layer on top that I was really fond of. Poi doughnut was similar to any other mochi doughnut, just featuring their iconic taro-alike local gem. If you wanna try multiple local signature sweets all at once certainly go here.

However, it does tend to get really busy and sometimes when I see how backed up it is, I just leave. I do feel that they prioritize the drive-thru over walking in because a few times I would just go in to order if the drive-thru is busy and the barista taking my order appears to be taking and making orders for the drive-thru. There were also a few instances I saw where you can't even go in to order and could only go to the drive-thru. I do understand when they say they're short-staffed and I see how it can get pretty busy. I'm just sharing my past experience but I do continue to come here because my drinks are always made to how I like it and I love that they're open a little later than other coffee shops! Its location was a mystery and the way the food disappeared off our plates was the magic. We were met with love and we were served love in our to go containers. We ordered house fried noodles, orange chicken, house fried gyoza, vegetarian spring rolls with sides of white rice and various, delicious tea drinks. I have never had bacon in my fried noodles before and I know bacon makes most things taste better but this was truly the cherry on top. I loved the noodles. I love thin noodles like angel hair pasta and finally I've found a place that serves a thin fried noodle. It was delicious. The orange chicken was hot and tasty and we didn't get any fatty pieces which made it perfect!! That's huge to my family. Speaking of which, I have a big family we're talking 8 people and the portions at this place were delightfully generous. You might be buying dinner today but you'll likely have lunch for tomorrow too! I don't know what they put in the drinks but I am hooked. My goodness! Iced-Cool Liquid happiness for my tongue, throat, stomach and soul. I was upset when it was gone. I'm still upset. This place is truly off the beaten path but worth the effort to find and dine. Drive directly down the alley when you see the Sweet Corner Cafe sign on the corner(keep your eyes peeled). Go all the way down, you'll be able to turn around and there's parking along a building.
