I seriously LOVE Starbucks. For me the coffee and drinks (Chai Tea Latte!) taste just log they should and the portions are big enough. Pricing is somewhat expensive but if you get the bigger sized drinks it's alright. Now for this certain Starbucks: It's really just another one. Good to have in Aachen but nothing special at all.While it is nice to sit at the windows watching the people on the nostalgic market square, it's rather loud in there and not so very comfy like some other Starbucks. read more

Don't get why people brag about STARBUCKS being expensive Compared to any German Backery these guys are almost the same. In fact the smallest Starbucks Coffee is still cheaper and bigger than the largest ones in other German Coffee Houses! Love this Coffee Shop like all other Starbucks out there so the 5 stars! But if a Store manager is actually reading this, ATTENTION! Check your staff and train them! You are a US Company and though you are in Germany, your staff has to learn NOT to yell at customers saying Feierabend! even 30min before closing and rush customers out who were about to enter! I love Aachen SO much, so having a Starbucks here just sealed its perfection for me. YES, I'm one of THOSE Starbuckers. I gotta find one where ever I am in the world, collect their stuff and move onto the next place on the list. The staff is very quick, their English is wonderful and I've yet to get a drink that wasn't done correctly. The only thing to keep in mind that it IS in a tourist place, so expect a bit of a line. The patrons roll in and out like the tide, so there's there spots that won't feel like it'll take an hour to get your order. And, people tend to bunch up at the door during the winter since Germanys no joke during this time of year. read more

Best taste, but MORE expensive than average coffee. You can get a big latte for 2EUR in the bakery and in Starbucks it coasts like 3,50.
