Service was taken care of by the very friendly waitress who spoke sufficient basic English that we could understand each other. Only wanting something light for my lunch, I opted for the Goulash soup. This was more like a stew with delicious chunks of beef. I'd go so far as to say it was probably the nicest soup I have ever tasted. I wasn't really hungry enough for one of the larger meals, but I'd love to return here sometime to try more of the menu. I'm not sure that the roasted Duck's stomach with a plum sauce would be for my taste though! A light lunch for 2 people with a soft drink each cost 50 Zlotys. Very reasonable indeed considering the quality of the food as well as the great service.

The portions were large and the meat dishes (beef, pork, and fish) were all very good. Service was good but did not rise to the level of five-star. One of the funniest parts of our entire trip was when we asked for Vodka (clearly not pronouncing it correctly) and the server said "NO!" Pointing to it on the menu worked. This restaurant's worth a visit!

They do offer pierogi (which is why we went there), so if you want to get the cabbage and mushroom variety or the cheese and potato variety, be sure to ask for none of the onion/bacon topping they include on all pierogi. As for our meal, I am surprised at how much I liked the cabbage filling... it tasted like sauerkraut. The beer was good; it was my first time having Tyskie that didn't come from a bottle. The restaurant itself was also nice, with a gorgeous blue exterior and a warm and cozy warm inside with dark colors and low lighting. But the music they played was absolutely terrible and the service was similarly awful (unfriendly servers, slow slow service, and multiple forgotten items from our order). All in all, it'll do in a pinch, but next time I visit Szczecin I will opt to go elsewhere.
