For this more "remote" area, I gave them 5 stars, because they don't have the volume of traffic/customers to stock everything. They would have too much inventory sitting in their store for years, as not enough people / business comes there. That is not a negative strike on the store it's only a fact of location. The Managers are excellent , very nice, very accommodating . If you ever need anything and they don't have on hand, they can order for you and are happy to do so. Having said all this, they have earned my loyal business.

When we purchased a new side by side Frigidaire fridge, they were very helpful when our old fridge…read morewent out. Delivery was timely and haul away of our old one was included. It worked great for a year. Then it began to have problems maintaining frozen stuff frozen. We only use the property a couple of times a year, so didn't think much of it. This year it flashed the dreaded H1 code for both fridge and freezer. When we called Hunter's they informed us that the fridge only had a one-year warranty and that they wouldn't help us. If you have a choice, avoid these guys like the plague. They were supremely unhelpful and recommended our only option to seek a repairman or replace it. I personally will never purchase from them again.

I bought a dishwasher from a very knowledgeable saleslady at Hunters. After installation I could…read morenot open my cupboard drawer which sits at right angles to the dishwasher. Neither the saleslady nor the installer (who proceeded to install it!) suggested there might be a space problem. In addition to a 20% "restock" fee, another total installation fee, and $150 upgrade to a dishwasher that would work, I have a very expensive fix to a problem that was totally determined by Hunters to be my problem. So much for buying locally.
