My carryon bag from Halifax, NS to Deer Lake, NL did not make it. A Star Taxi rep was very gracious to walk me to the Porter Airlines counter at the other end of the airport to fill out a claim. The Star Taxi driver was gracious to pick me up at the airline vs walking back to the Star Taxi location. Tracking my bag from Halifax to Deer Lake the next day, I notified Star Taxi upon its arrival. I communicated with them a few times for status until my bag was enroute to Corner Brook.
