Load your laundry into the washing machine, insert money and select the appropriate machine. Go back and set your temperature and press start! Detergent, disinfectant, and fabric softener is included. Once completed, the machine will stop and you will need to transfer to the dryer for 2.50€ 15 minutes.

The…read moredetergent clearly wasn't rinsed all the way out, it smelled terrible, like a very strong disinfectant. I tried to dry it. There was one person ahead of me and two available dryers so I figured I would be able to dry them, no problem. One of the dryers was spinning continuously, and the machine noted it as being in use, but it wasn't working and couldn't be stopped. The other wasn't working at all. I wasn't able to dry before close, so I had to hang my laundry dry and wash it again someplace else. I tried to start one of the machines before realizing it wasn't working. The machine took my money and wouldn't return it. Now my hotel room smells like a terrible disinfectant and I wasted my money. I should have listened to the bad reviews.
