I had an appointment booked, but due to a last-minute change with another commitment, I politely asked if it would be possible to move my appointment slightly later. Instead of trying to accommodate or communicate professionally, the response I received was confusing, dismissive, and ultimately resulted in my appointment being canceled altogether. What I found especially frustrating was the attitude in the messages--there was no effort to help find a solution, no flexibility, and even a refusal to suggest an alternative or another salon. As a loyal client who has visited multiple times and has always been understanding (even when I had to wait in the past), this felt very one-sided and quite rude. It's a shame because the work itself is good, but customer service and communication are just as important. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued as a client. I hope the salon improves how they handle situations like this in the future.

The women working (one I believe was the owner) were incredibly sweet. The place was small but very clean and tidy- the pedi itself was amazing - even included a nice long massage (on my very tired feet). She took the time to trim my toes perfectly and remove the callus' from my feet. If you're in Prague visiting and need a place to get a pedi, don't pass this place up! :D P.S. my pedi lasted a good month before it barely started to chip.

She used oils and hot stones to take care of all my knots and now I can turn my head without wincing. And the room had a wonderful lavender scent and soothing music. It was a very relaxing experience and did the job of fixing my neck and back! I hope to go back before I leave, the experience was lovely! And overall, it was very affordable!

Before I came to the salon, I set up an appointment in Facebook messages - even though I don't speak Czech, there was absolutely no problem talking in English and figuring out what services I should have taken. When I arrived, it turned out English was a bit of an issue, but eventually we were sorting everything out. I got pedicure with Shellac and manicure with false extensions (on only three nails, the rest was long enough) and Shellac. I was treated well and, what is most important now - the result it amazing. It took me a long time to pick a colour and I was changing my mind a few times, but the girl who did my nails (and did not speak English very well - her colleague was helping with any language issues) was patient and understanding. Both manicure and pedicure were wonderfully topped up with a massage. For everything altogether I paid 1050 CZK = 45 USD. Love it! read more

Enter Debenham's and take the escalator to the basement, turn to your right and you will find Star Nails. I booked an appointment to get gel extensions maybe 4-5 hours before actually getting them. There is a language barrier so keep that in mind. They use tips, they don't sculpt the nails which doesn't reallt matter since they ended up looking amazing either way. Even though I was so nervous I lost my abaility to speak english, me and the nail tech got our ideas across and I ended up with a beautiful set of nails for ONLY 500 CZK read more

This beautiful studio is very well located so extremely convenient for tourist and people in the office in the city. I was very pleased with the staff and their work which was very professional also according to my wishes for a reasonable price. In addition the staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer free coffee or water in case you get thirsty and have a FREE WIFI in case you need it. Love it and definitely coming back! Thumbs up! read more

Went here for a full set when I arrived to Prague because I didn't have time to get my nails done before my trip. It was better than many places in the US. My nails have lasted a while, but aren't thick where they look very fake. Definitely recommend. read more

July (Julie) greeted us and set both of us up for the next day. My fill was perfect and my husband was thrilled with his 90 min full body massage so he had a manicure too. It's a new shop, family owned, very reasonably priced and very professionally run. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is the fact that they only accept cash. Maybe they'll get their merchant account after they get going.
