While Jasmine is very good at the waxing, she is INCREDIBLE at sugaring. I swear it barely hurt, the result was perfect, and I had basically no irritation or ingrowns after. In addition, Jasmine is super friendly and great at giving you warnings to breathe on the more sensitive areas. I am giving 4 stars because Jasmine set the bar very high and I feel like other waxers I have seen at the North Charleston location haven't quite lived up to her standard. They are going through some management and company changes right now, so scheduling can be a bit wonky (I got three separate calls to confirm my most recent appointment, in addition to a text, but when I arrived I was placed with a different specialist than I had booked with), but everyone there is very friendly and apparently they are going to be offering more med spa services at this location very soon. Most recently, I went in on Saturday 1/11/25 and got a new lash set. By Thursday 1/16/25 my entire left eye had no lashes. I went in on that Thursday to get them redone. I was charged again even though It hadn't been a week yet and the lady advised me the lashes should last at least two weeks. I paid the money again and caused no commotion. Today is Sunday 1/19/25 and again most of my lashes are gone. My left eye has half the lashes and my right eye is spotty. I'm big on giving places a second try but this is ridiculous.
