I was told it would be taken care of, but it never was. When I followed up, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. I was told I would receive a call back, which never happened. Later, I received a letter in the mail stating that my policy had been changed and that my payment had increased without my requested coverage ever being added or properly explained. When I called again to ask for clarification, the same representative was even more rude and dismissive. This lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as insurance. I would not recommend this agency. From the initial phone call with Toby Kennedy, I was certainly put at ease with finding the right partner to manage all our insurances - from Employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), through to EPLI, Worker's Compensation and Cobra. They have a robust behind the scene's team who specialize in specific areas and have always ensured I am in compliance with new laws and reports due. They offer a white glove treatment which also extended to our employee's being able to reach out for clarity whenever they had issues with insurance coverage or simply needed some help navigating our carrier's network system. Toby, Christina, Dawn and Danone are excellent in their line of work and I am very happy with their above and beyond approach to helping their clients. Note: I am surprised this is the first review on Yelp but after being an active client for the past 3 years ... I just wanted to share my feedback to other local businesses in the area. Thanks Montage!

But that her assistant Kathy would be able to assist me. I stopped by later that afternoon and upon my entry I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I waited in the lobby chair while the assistant was on a personal phone call. Unfortunately, she was the only one there. When I asked her for a quote, she had zero knowledge of the Medicare plan options and open enrollment period cut off. As I continued to ask questions, she kept rolling her eyes at me as if it was my fault that she couldn't help me. Kathy was very rude and dismissive; aside from the ghetto language she used on her personal phone call, I was already feeling uncomfortable with her. I don't think I would ever go back and trust her with crucial information, like my social and banking info. Please be mindful and always accompany your elders to these types of appointments. It is important to always receive good customer service and assure that you are leaving your information with trusted partners.
