Got milk? Not uh. Not until you've had the raw milk coming from Kurtz and Sons Dairy in North…read moreFlorida. Forget about it, nothing compares, I tell ya. I had the pleasure of sipping on this delicacy (by the way Florida law doesn't permit raw milk to be sold for human consumption, only for the feeding of animals---law schmaw...) on a warm summer morning at the Haile Plantation Farmer's Market in Gainesville. Mr. Kurtz sells raw milk and pasteurized milk from his dairy as well as grass-fed beef. I wish I still lived in this beautiful state just so I would be able to purchase from the dairy on a regular basis. Oh yeah and you can visit them, too! "Tours of this working dairy farm are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. See cows being milked and learn about a dairy cow's life. Fresh milk is for sale."

So while my wife and I were at market days today, we decided to give it another try. She ordered a cheese burger which was a prepackaged, gray mystery meat. There was so much cheese and grease that the bun was mush. We decided to bring home "the patty" for our dog. Upon cutting it up for him, I found a plastic bag clip between the cheese and "the patty " right in the MIDDLE of the burger. This was no coincidence because of where it was placed and covered with the cheese. Just a warning be careful..
