We even came back to visit several times after they started kindergarten. Our experience at Children's Campus was deeply disappointing. Although our child had previously…read morethrived in other daycare settings, he struggled significantly here. One of our main concerns was the classroom environment--particularly the teacher, who frequently raised her voice at the children and spoke negatively about children in front of them and how much she is stressed out at her job. She would then complain about our child in front of him and the rest of the class when we arrived at pickup, which we found to be both inappropriate and insensitive. Ultimately, we made the decision to move our son to Children's World at their main campus, where he quickly began to thrive again and had no problems. In contrast to the feedback we received at Children's Campus--where a staff member told us our child would never succeed in Pitt County Public Schools--he has done incredibly well in the public school system. That comment was not only inaccurate, but harmful. If you have a child who is active, curious, or needs more movement throughout the day, this may not be the best environment for them. Our family found the experience to be quite stressful and even traumatic. Additionally, the school's handling of our withdrawal process raised concerns. The heart of the withdraw policy is for them to not lose a payment. While other childcare centers we've been part of were flexible about notice periods because they would not lose any money due to their long waitlist--Children's Campus was rigid and seemed more focused on financial gain. They had a waitlist and many individuals to fill our spot- thus no lost money. But they still chose to be inflexible. I would steer clear from the place. The first part made me think it was just a bad teacher, but soon I realized they are just concerned with financial gain in general.

One thing that really stands out is how involved the administration team is in the daily operations. They consistently assist and support the staff and are actively involved in the classrooms, which is something you don't see at many childcare centers. The center also does an amazing job planning fun, educational, and engaging activities for the children. There is always something exciting going on that makes learning enjoyable! It's clear that the staff and administration work together as a team and genuinely care about the children and their development. A great place for children to learn, grow, and feel loved. Highly recommended!

Children have been left alone in classrooms and outside on several occasions; the caretakers are treated like garbage by the greedy & careless administration; the admin avoid children like the plague but kiss up to parents whose children they've wronged; the caretakers (with the exception of a few) have very limited interest in playing with the children, reading to them, or showing them any compassion and patience; other adults are brought in without parents' knowledge or permission to observe and test (hands-on/touching) [young] children; nepotism is a major practice and the numerous complaints about a particular caretaker fall on deaf ears; etc.. This program is a true one star. My wife and I were initially impressed with the sales pitch from the manager, Callee who was able to speak on what activities the programs offered. Unfortunately, my family and my wife's sister invested well over 500 hundred for our three kids to participate in one of the most disappointing camps our children have ever experienced. This organization did executed very little if any of the activities discussed during the registration. Instead, our children spent most of their time alone during an activity called "me time". The expectation for me time was for students to sit alone and work on drawings which consisted of paper and drawling utensils. Our children complained of doing these activities for 1 to 2 hours each day. They were so discouraged about the program that we decided to have them remain at home with their grandparents on the fifth day. There was nothing creative about this institution. The grandparents complained about being treated unkindly by the staff when entering the premise and our children expressed the same sentiments. Creative Arts Kids is very creative at being deceptive!

I've been in the water by 6:00 AM and at times, at 9:00 PM. Very rarely have I wanted to go workout and the pool was not available. The facility is ALWAYS bright, clean and inviting. The staff is always pleasant and outgoing. They ALWAYS greet me with a smile and most of the time by name. I personally don't participate in the classes but really enjoy watching the instructors work with the participants. (It's especially pleasing to watch the instructors work with the children...from infants, toddlers to school aged...it's obvious they enjoy what they are teaching. Very in-tune and engaged with the kids.) The management (MIKE!!!) is very receptive to suggestions. The very reasonable fees are worth every penny to my wife and me. Try it. You'll LOVE it!

The owner will cancel you instead of answering your customer service…read more In December I left for a vacation, called to put on hold and left. My credit card was stolen while away and clearly my hold request was not processed. They called and I repeatedly said I'll handle it. Then I returned with a flu and still getting the daily calls with a fever, I paid, but complained with a 103 fever about how they did not hold until I returned. And Mike decided complainers get cancelled. He did not tell me as I found out logging in online. I do not owe anyone but I would not recommend anyone the owner of this pool would rather cancel that deal with customer service. In their book he's right and you're wrong. Find another pool if you like customer service.
