I recently had a fire due to my dryer. Servpro was hired to clean up and I thought they did a great…read morejob but after taking a good look I found they did not do as good a job as I thought. The product they use smears and everything has to be redone. The worst thing of it all they remove everything from the family room because of the smoke and placed in a pod in my yard and they retained the key until the construction was completed. They came back and moved everything back but I had missing items. I have tried to speak with the supervisor, Mr. Brown, but he refuses to return my call. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had lots of dust particles circulating regularly through our HVAC system, which was making me cough and sneeze constantly and keeping my house very dusty.
