I think its ok but I just might try something different or harder and classes are crowded for me i went to one that was quite full and didnt get any individual help, but another class I went to was better, again i think its 1-2 specific instructor can be less attentive/not helpful and 1 or 2 that are.

There are just a couple of things I wish were better. First, I wish they had longer operating hours, especially on weekends. I actually ended up getting a second gym membership because I sometimes work out later in the evening when Crunch is already closed. The other downside is the restroom setup. They use shared (unisex) bathrooms, which isn't ideal. Since people shower there, the floors are often wet, and because there are only a few bathrooms, it can get crowded with lines--especially after group classes. I've learned to avoid peak hours because of that. Overall, it's a clean, modern gym with a great atmosphere, and the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. If they extended their hours and improved the bathroom situation, it would easily be a 5-star gym.

No traditional men's/women's locker rooms. Lines can be very long. Water filter oftentimes need to be changed in the water dispenser. Overall, I'd say it's better than most gyms since it's newer. It's also centrally located, with a Safeway conveniently in the same plaza. Group classes are oftentimes using up the turf area, blasting extremely loud music.

From your first workout you are family and everyone here is equally invested in your goals. I'm the typical yo-yo dieter/newest gym fad gal and I've been coming to FNS for 3 years. That's like a decade in fad girl time. This place was built with heart and sweat. The workouts are intense but you can go at your own pace. There is always someone in class at your level and you won't feel intimidated like you might at other gyms. When you give up and don't show up for a few classes guess what happens... they text you to check-in. I've never seen that happen at the 1,000 other gyms I've tried in my lifetime. I was so impressed that each workout starts out with intentional warm-up stretches followed by the workout of the day with great music and excellent coaches. The workouts are also progressive and build on one another and are always different. This keeps it fresh and fun! The coaches demo all the moves, provide modifications as needed and encourage everyone to be their best. I've been going 4-5x's a week and am 4 months in. My morning workouts have become a habit I want to instill for life. I've seen weightloss results and more importantly, I've become stronger and am lifting heavier than I thought I could.
