He was rude, condensending, and abrupt. We decided it was a one time deal, since we were buying a house, and made a note to never refer him. Well, that was 2 1/2 months ago. We have yet to receive our documentation, deed and survey. It was sent to the wrong address originally, which was the address on the property title. It was returned to them, but they didn't advise us- we had to call to find out (as over six weeks had gone by), at which point they advised it had been returned. They were given the correct address and were to resend it. Two weeks later it had still not arrived and I was advised to wait a bit longer. After calling again two weeks later, we were told that it had been returned again (they never advised us that time either), so they RESENT IT TO THE SAME ADDRESS IT WAS RETURNED FROM, not by registered mail, but by regular post. It still never reached us. After dealing with a clerk who worked on the lawyer's behalf, (who by the way couldn't care less about the situtation- took the attitude of "oh well, I did my part, not my problem", I found out they didn't even send it by registered mail. ("We try to save the client's money- what a crock!") Then dealing with the lawyer was just as bad as the first visit- rude, disinterested, condensending, and too busy to talk. In fact he unprofessionaly hung up the phone. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place!

I was introduced to Rob a few years ago and have sent many clients facing issues with commercial tenants, purchasing commercial properties, resale condominiums and pre-sale new condo projects. I word of advice, anytime you are looking at buying into a new condo project, make sure you use the rescinding period to have your contract with the builder combed over by Rob, so you do not get caught with scary fees down the line that you were not aware of.
