Some prices are reasonable, some are not. All in all, decent place to stop with lots to look at it.

Do u buy furniture from home of person gone to asst living.?

Hi, thank you for your question. We do not currently buy things, we rent spaces to vendors and sell for them. Your best bet would be to contact one of the auction houses that does estate sales.

After being awarded the Triad Yelper of the Year 2024 Award at the Yelpies Award Ceremony last year, an event that honored the highest-performing Yelp Elites, I decided that this year, as an All-Star Yelp Elite, I not only wanted to be the first to discover new stores and restaurants, and bring them to the attention of the public, but also to uncover those found in hidden paths that for one reason or another have not reached the public in its totality. And Antiques on Main in Christiansburg, Virginia, is the perfect example. Located on 4 West Main Street, in a building that was built circa 1919, the old Barnes-Surface Motor Company Building, this antique store is in the perfect location to house a beautiful collection of treasures of the past, present, and future. Staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome and answered all our questions, the store was well organized and well lit to be able to better appreciate each item being displayed there. One thing that it doesn't have is air-condition. However, one can find fans spread out all over the place to cool it down and make your journey inside more pleasant. The day we went to visit was hot and humid, so I would recommend visiting the store on a cool day. If you enjoy antiques of all kinds, you'll enjoy walking around this store and viewing the great variety of items they have, reasonably priced. You'll also find that some of the areas have their items on sale. I highly recommend this antique store. It has something for everyone. Items to decorate your home or business with, or to give as gifts to family or friends.

I brought my ring to Todd's for emergency repair on May 4 after it had been accidentally run over,…read moreand my wedding was the very next day. At first, they were very kind and willing to help us on short notice, which I genuinely appreciated. My fiancé and I were visiting from Florida and had a hard time finding anyone willing to attempt the repair that quickly, so I do want to acknowledge that. However, the condition of the ring when I received it back was extremely upsetting. I have photos of the ring before the accident, after the accident, and after the repair. After the accident, the center stone had popped up and the gold was bent, but none of the small diamonds were missing, and the gold itself did not have the type of damage it had after the repair. When I got the ring back, the gold appeared heavily damaged, multiple side diamonds were missing, and one side even appears to have a stone that does not match the original stones. In total, I am missing four diamonds, and one stone appears to not be mine. The solder work on the band also looks poorly done, and the ring honestly looked worse after the repair than it did when I dropped it off. The stone band is still spaced and bent around the green stone. During the repair, the son told us that some of the small stones were popping out but that he put them back. However, they clearly were not all put back, and when we later called, the father said he did not touch the stones at all, which contradicted what we were originally told. We contacted Todd's, sent photos, and tried to discuss the issue. Since we are now back in Florida, coming in person is not possible. They told us they could not do anything based on photos and that we would need to ship the ring back. After receiving the ring in this condition, I am not comfortable sending it back to them. We requested a partial refund so we could take it to the original jeweler for proper repair. The response was extremely disappointing. The father became rude with my husband, said, "Yeah, that's not gonna happen, buddy," and hung up on him. Given their prior reviews and the confidence they seemed to have in their work, I expected more accountability and compassion, especially for something as important as a wedding ring. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Todd's for repair work. I am disappointed not only in the craftsmanship, but also in the customer service after the issue was brought to their attention. My ring looked better after being run over than it did when I got it back from a professional jeweler.

It's took me some time to muster up enough energy to write a review based on my experience. To be honest I wasn't even going to write any type of review at all because I just want to be over and done with the whole experience. The only reason I'm even writing a review is because I don't want what happened to me, to happen to someone else. And so many people that I've told my story to has told me to write up a review. So here we are. If I could give ZERO or even NEGATIVE STARS I would do that. This is going to be quite a long review/story. My great grandmothers rings were passed down to me from her personally. They are old and very antique. Beautiful rings. I admit they were worn but you'd expect that from 100+ year old rings. I was recently proposed to by my boyfriend and told him that we'd need to get my great grandmothers rings fixed because they are my wedding rings. I took my rings to Todd's. Now, the rings had been stretched previously. We asked Todd's if the rings could be stretched even more by adding a piece of gold onto the band and they said yes, that it was possible and doable. So we handed the rings over with the promise of them being taken care of, cleaned, and stretched to fit onto my finger. 2 weeks later we got a call that the rings were done. Todd's son pulled out the rings from a black lace tie sack that they had them in. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. They were so bad, the band looked like a thin piece of string. When I tried to put on the ring it  felt like it was cutting me from jagged edges on the band. I was almost in tears. The only reason I didn't start crying was because of the anger I was feeling. Not only were the rings messed up, Todd's son, Tj told me to spray and I quote SPRAY SOME WINDEX ON MY FINGER FOR THEM TO SLIDE ON AND OFF WITHOUT THE BAND BREAKING. Then proceeded to charge me $115... Not only did he mess up my great grandmothers heirloom rings, but even charged me for the shitty job that they did. Which here in a few seconds you're going to read what actually happened to my rings. I finally found a jeweler. Named Philip Sturgill. P.R Sturgill from Radford. (Such an amazing, caring, sweet man) he took my rings. Started to look at them and to my surprise told me what I already had figured. Todd's Jewelry had royally screwed up my rings. They put them on a sizing cone and HAMMERED the band to "try to make it a bigger size" they also DID NOT CLEAN my rings.... So. Long story short. Todd's Jewelry... - Didn't clean my rings - Didn't add a piece of gold on each band to make them bigger - Hammered my nails on a sizing cone to make them bigger and in result to doing that made them look terrible and jagged - Charged me $115 in this economy to fuck up my rings My advice. Go to P.R Sturgill. He took my rings. Fixed them. Cleaned them (actually cleaned them cleaned them), and did a beautiful job while he was at it. PHILIP STURGILL treated me like family... he cared about what was going on with me and listened to me and fixed what Todd's Jewelry messed up..
