My first bad experience with AAA. But it was a doozie! Booked one way flight. I forgot to call to…read moreconfirm seat because my laptop died (never had to do that before which was also strange). Called today and they said my reservation was cancelled. Ok. Fine. Rebook flight. Costs me more plus travel insurance again. This time I call to confirm and they say that because it's a one way flight, I have to go into the store to book. What?!? They said to prevent fraud. But why did the website let me book? Why did it say to call the number? Why was I not told the first time I called that I had to go in to book? Rush to the store, check in and wait.... And wait. Check Delta to see what the price is directly from them. Same price. So while waiting I call the travel insurance company to see if I can cancel both flight insurance policies. They said yes! So I did that and walked out of the store. Still no one checking on me. So tonight I'm booking the flight through Delta. Just not sure what to think.... Again, never had a problem before, but some of these policies plus not getting served has made me a bit concerned.
