The agent called me to try, explained to me that there were two forms of the survey for customer service and something else. He stated that he thought we had an understanding to give them a good rating for customer service, but the vehicle was a hot mess and was completely filthy. He just called me to complain that he was not happy about the survey that I gave him and hung the phone up on me. He messed up the customer service part by hanging the phone up in my face. When delivering a rental car to a client the best thing you do is make sure the car is clean, and the customer does not have to put windshield wiper fluid in themselves. Called today and they said my reservation was cancelled. Ok. Fine. Rebook flight. Costs me more plus travel insurance again. This time I call to confirm and they say that because it's a one way flight, I have to go into the store to book. What?!? They said to prevent fraud. But why did the website let me book? Why did it say to call the number? Why was I not told the first time I called that I had to go in to book? Rush to the store, check in and wait.... And wait. Check Delta to see what the price is directly from them. Same price. So while waiting I call the travel insurance company to see if I can cancel both flight insurance policies. They said yes! So I did that and walked out of the store. Still no one checking on me. So tonight I'm booking the flight through Delta. Just not sure what to think.... Again, never had a problem before, but some of these policies plus not getting served has made me a bit concerned.
