If you go by what the website says it doesn't sound too bad. once there it's a whole different story. it's dated. the colours and decor of the bedrooms scream vintage, but not in a good way. The TV is a CRT monster I haven't seen in years. The beds( two singles in my room) made me feel like I'm dossing on a mates couch. The bathroom must have been refurbished as it had a nice power shower. No toiletries. One bathtowel, one hand towel. No in-room safe.No wi-fi in the entire hotel, only cable. which is no good when you travel with an anroid or tablet. The website talks about the in-house restaurant. Reception told me it had closed. same for the "hauseigene Konditorei". They do offer breakfast, but it's a poor buffet with dry breadrolls, a few slices of ham and cheese, spreads and muesli. nothing to shout about. The staff are very friendly and helpful though and deserve a mention here. read more
