Wonderful menu that has something for everyone! I love the crab crepes, a different twist on crepes that I haven't tried before. The Bloody Mary is out of this world and can be made spicy if that is your preference. Was really excited to take my younger daughter here as they boast a gluten free menu which she ordered off of. After 8 years living with this with our daughter we are very upfront about her celiac with our servers. 2 hours later she was violently ill. Her typical signs of being severely glutened. Needless to say it was in the car on the way to my older daughter's softball games. Made for a great trip home and two or three more hours of nausea. Missed my older daughter's games as a result as well. Sorry to say we will not be returning. read more

My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. Service was great and food was very tasty. Our waitress was Monique and she was very friendly from the moment we were seated until we left. Kudos also to the friendly hostess who seated us at the door. Great staff. The facility is new- having just opened in August 2024. So, it feels bright, open and very clean. We have been to the Stacks in Redwood City, (old-style diner feel), and the one in Campbell, (cramped busy diner ambience.) This was a refreshing change with the high ceilings and nice furnishings. We are plant-based and I am gluten-free. So, it is rare we can find anyplace that offers breakfast, (a bacon and eggs dominated fare in this country.) Stacks offers a plant-based menu and all of their locations have staff that are well versed in the term "gluten-free." I didn't take a pic of our food, but the hubby and I both ordered the "plant-based hash." Very tasty and the portion size was just right without being too large. Great spot for breakfast. One of the best eggs Benedict (eggs florentine they call it) I have had in a while! Fast seating and good service. Reasonably priced I feel like. The first time I tried to come here it was PACKED and I was not looking to wait that long so timing is key it seems as it is located on the main downtown road. I really liked my blt. My husband didn't like the biscuits and gravy at all. I think it was the gravy he didn't like. I despise the fries. They were those super skinny shoestring fries, they were 60% on the way to being cold by the time they got to the table. Those kind of fries cool super fast. Completely unseasoned. Impossible to season yourself since they're mostly cold by the time you get them. Some of the fruit in the fruit cup was really over ripe, like slightly mushy. This place is really really expensive, my main issue. Service was ok. Unsure if we will try again. Main deterrent is the prices. Way above other breakfast establishments in town. read more

The food is good but it is overshadowed by the poor service. Our server brought the wrong order for one of my kids. No apologies and correct meal did not arrive until after everyone else had already eaten. Brought 2 out of 5 drinks. The coffee drinks arrived at end of meal luke warm, only after asking 5 times. Asked for syrup and waitress disappeared while everyone sat and waited. We finally took syrup from another table. Restaurant was moderately full not slammed to excuse poor service. 1st let me start with Ambiance and staff services are great. She came back and check on us 3 times to make sure everything was good. With that said the foods needed a much improvement. Omelette was not Fluffy it should be call Fried eggs instead need improvement. Chicken Fry steak seem to be cold and the gravy also cold. Need improve temp. Bagel that came with the Meal can be better and its on the more firmer side. Coffee and OJ were fine. Will definitely give it a second visit in time hope it improves. read more

Sooo beyond pleased with Nate's customer service! My family and dogs had breakfast here given we were excited for its new location and we were blown away with Nate. I give credit where it's due!! We had breakfast at Stacks. The food had minimal flavor requiring plenty ketchup and hot sauce to make it palatable. They're charging a 75 cent surcharge per all orders with eggs due to the rise in cost. The staff was very pleasant and timely. Good music that wasn't too loud for patrons. Service was not good. Never checked to see if everything was okay after delivery. Waited too long for check. No coffee refills. It is a very nice environment, clean and comfortable seating. The Mexican omelet was served with a serving of what appeared to be chunky tomato sauce, pretending to be salsa? The bagel was cold with a smear of oil/grease, very poor quality. Cream cheese was extra. If you order pancakes, you pay extra for syrup? Coffee was very poor quality. Weak and flavorless. Good place for breakfast frittata! Recommend the Mexican style. Pancakes are delicious! Our waitress Ana was fenomenal, she recommended the house best seller's and her favorite. Decided to give this place a try for Sunday brunch, I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Service was okay, nothing that left a lasting impression. We had ordered a bacon cheese burger and an omelette. The burger was dry and overcooked, I was given the option for a temperature for my burger and I asked for medium rare expecting it to be slightly overcooked and I could settle for medium/ medium well. It was dry, very well done, and tough like chewing on a tire. I'm not sure why it includes 3 sides as well (fruit, salad, and fries) that's way too much food for one serving, half the order went to waste unfortunately. The omelette was incredibly disappointing. Dry overcooked egg and underdone potatoes made up the plate. I was appalled by the prices for most of the menu, breakfast/lunch for the price of dinner is actually insane. I've never seen anyone charge $2 extra if you want to add maple syrup to your $14 waffle. There are way better breakfast spots in town for much less than what you'll be paying here. read more
