It's candyfloss pink and full of pillars, as though you've already travelled away to somewhere exotic. That being said, somehow the decor does manage to work, and it's quite an exciting space. The best thing about this place, however, are the staff. They are very, very friendly and keen to help; but this might because it's always quiet and they're probably bored. There is also a passport photo booth, which is exceptionally handy. They also have events going on with cruise ships and wedding shows, so if that's your kind of thing, it might be worth taking a look at.

I then spoke with Gareth, his manager Wayne and finally the GM Neil Davies who refused to do anything for me except telling me that I had already paid the money and that had I should've looked elsewhere before hand?!?!?! From there we spoke to the travel agent about our budget and desired location. She was very friendly and honest with us, letting us know where was quiet and her experience of being there. I did however get mugged into an extra week and a budget increase of £100-£200...I think she saw us coming. The overall package was incredibly expensive for self catering. However the service we received both before and during our holiday was top notch. The reps were great and always honest with you. We were also gifted with a few free excursions for free as we spent a lot of money etc. The place was exactly as described and most importantly it was hot, about 40 degrees everyday thanks very much! Personally I would recommend going through the internet these days if your looking to save some money. But if you need some help with your holiday and want the peace of mind of booking with human beings then I can fully recommend Thomas Cook

My experience so far in Feb/March has been 1/2 hr and 3/4 hr late, waiting on a cold drafty bus stop (Cheapside, Bridgend) with no shelter to speak of. This start of an holiday detracts from the overall experience and I hope something can be done about this in the future. Otherwise I am pleased by the level of service experienced.

I had no intention of booking a flight through them at the time. I'm pretty well versed in buying flights off the internet on the cheap and so I guessed that you'd be expected to pay a hefty premium for using the Co-op... surely manning an office on the high street, where business rates are exceptionally high, would mean that their service couldn't compete with a dingy office in the middle of nowhere, that only has an internet presence...? But I was really surprised! Not only did they take away all of the hours of infuriating web-searches that I would have had to put myself through, but the price of the ticket was the cheapest that I'd seen. The person serving me was a woman in her forties, and with plenty of experience under her belt, she made light work of the process. I bought my ticket there and then... I'd have been foolish not to!
