The priest baptized my 8 year old daughter without my consent. The Dudgeon family went against court orders and did not even have the decency to include me, as the mother in my daughter's baptism. Completely unethical and goes against what the church should stand for. read more

The parish priest here has this amazing dog named Frasier. We love seeing Frasier anytime. Clinton does a terrific job as organist -- this parish may easily have the best music in the archdiocese. (And let's face it -- most Catholic music sucks big time along "Glory & Praise" crap lines. It's nice to hear GOOD music for a change!) So, uh, yeah -- dogs and music. Music and dogs. A great place for Catholic young adults and students. Although this was my one and only visit here, the church was full and it was amazing to see that. The music was beautiful, but might have been a little too traditional with choir robes and Latin phrases. They had a meal for the students afterwards (and everyone else was also invited too). It was a feast of frito pie, cornbread, salad, spice cake, cookies, chocolate covered pretzels. I'm a student and and was visiting the church. It's a beautiful church that was just re-done. The service was amazing but the reason I'm giving 1 star is because of the priest. My very first time going to mass at this church was a few weeks ago and I had a horrible experience. The priest YELLED at me in front of the entire church for not saying "God Bless You." I was hoping to find a Catholic Church near campus where I could go to and pray, not get scolded the first time I visit. I will never return to this church. If I was not already Christian, this priest's actions would have deterred me from pursuing the Christian faith. read more

A good parish. Fr Pastor (I forget his last name) is a good guy. Very good homilies. And a dynamite fund raiser for bricks and mortar. They have a good plan for needed expansion. Good attendance at Sunday Masses by students and other OU folks. We always feel welcome. read more
