I like how they are very organized as well i never have anything missing from her bag. And when they change my 10 month old i noticed one day the teachers will wash her hands i was suprised at that they are very clean. I never even thought to wash my infants hands but ever since i seen themdo it i have continued. My 10 month old claps her hands. I like how the teachers document everythingabout my baby from six months to now everyday i can look back at what she did, learned and, and ate down to how long her naps were. I'm so happy I let them take my children for their first few years because they are way OVER prepared for school now. My oldest in first grade now is extremely intelligent and further along than majority of her classmates. She excels at just about everything, and it's the school that did this, not me. I decided to keep her there instead of going to TK so that she could be with her sister one more year and go straight to kindergarten and I'm happy I did. So she skipped TK but was still at the top of her kindergarten class because of this place. My youngest whom just started TK today was again BEYOND prepared and so excited for class. There were SEVERAL students crying, kicking, trying to run out and screaming in the TK classroom at her new school because they were not ever introduced to this type of environment possibly. My daughter walked in confidently, found her name and was able to hang her stuff up by herself and sit down. She even said "I love it here" meanwhile kids were having the worst day of their life. If it weren't for this preschool I know we would have been one of those struggling parents and children as well. If I had not had my older child already in first grade I would have opted to keep my youngest at this preschool instead of TK because of how great my child was doing and how much she loved it. Both children have moved on as of this year now however they wouldn't be as well prepared as they were if it weren't for this awesome school! Sometimes my oldest still tells me things like "I miss the tacos from preschool".... Apparently they make good food for lunch too for the kids and I can't replicate it it's been 2 years come on, my tacos are good too. They also utilize an app that lets you communicate with teachers and they post pictures from their days or fun activities which is such a nice thing to get notified to in the middle of work. Will recommend this school always moving forward!!! They also have the cutest graduations at the end of the year for the oldest kids moving on.

They use classroom dojo to communicate with you throughout the day and answer almost immediately if you have concerns and questions. So just a personal preference and insecurity on my end. Definitely recommend this place to EVERYBODY.

What I got instead was several weeks of back and fourth emails, and a check that was finally recieved via snail mail aka USPS. I thought: "FINALLY", cause... hey, we're talking a little over $1,800. I go to deposit it and lo and behold.. IT'S NOT SIGNED. Yes, seriously, they sent me an unsigned check. From there, I went back to the email thread, going back and forth a million times with accounting and random people who never introduced themselves. An aggressive email from a random staff member named Patricia, who never introduced herself or her role in the whole situation. I didn't receive any phone calls, no apology, no accountability. Weeks go by, and I don't receive another check, so I filed a dispute with my bank after attempting to resolve this for over a month. Guess what? I finally heard back from accounting. They tried to get me to cancel my dispute so that they could issue a check again. I said nope! Thankfully, a week or so later, my bank was able to refund me the entire amount after literally faxing them our email thread and the unsigned check. Please do not bring yourself or your children here. The staff here is unprofessional and incompetent and needs to brush up on their customer service. Avoid. At. All. Costs.
