Their level of assistance and explanation was a great aid in managing us through the cremation process, etc. I highly recommend their King of Prussia team to anyone in need, or even considering, the cremation process, which is highly economical in this day and age!

Our family's experience with the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania has been extremely frustrating…read moreand disappointing during an already very difficult time. It has now been 16 days since our grandmother passed, and we still do not have her ashes. Throughout this process, communication has been inconsistent and unclear. Each time we contact the organization, we are given different explanations for the delay, including state paperwork issues and staffing shortages, but no one has been able to provide a clear timeline or proactive updates. In addition, our cousin specifically requested that our grandmother's fingerprints be taken as a keepsake, and we later learned that this request was never completed. Discovering this after the fact was extremely upsetting for our family. Today, our cousin was even told that she could not pick up our grandmother's ashes because "another family was coming in." Being turned away under those circumstances only added to our frustration and made us feel that our family's needs were not being treated with the care and urgency they deserve. We have repeatedly been told that our loved one is being handled with compassion and care, but unfortunately our family has experienced very little communication, accountability, or follow-through during this process. Families place an enormous amount of trust in funeral and cremation services during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives. We hope the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania will address these issues and improve how they communicate with and support grieving families. At this point, our family is simply asking for clear answers and the prompt return of our grandmother's remains so we can finally lay her to rest.

I met with Bill Ciavarelli who professionally handled everything to the last minute detail. The building in Ambler is the nicest of all funeral homes in the area and meticulously maintained inside and out. The viewing ran off perfectly. Every Detail for the church was handled and I did noting but talk to Monsignor for a few minutes. The Cemetery procession was again professional At the end Bill surprised me when he said he notified the luncheon restaurant we would be arriving soon. How much the did for me that was not expected. Put your loved ones in their professional care.

At the end of May 2019 I attended a funeral run by this group. If it was not for the reason I will…read moreexplain I would have no reason to not give them 5 stars but I was appalled when I learned of this: Unfortunately, when people were arriving to pay their respects there was a very unwelcomed family member whose actions caused a small argument and someone accidentally bumped into a table resulting in a small vase with a little bit of water and a couple flowers to fall and break. The small puddle of water would have been an easy clean up. The only son of the deceased went to go take care of it but someone working for this group told them they had it covered. I did actually witness this part. I forget how the conversation came up but a couple months ago the son of the deceased told me he was sent a $75 clean-up fee for that. That is a classless move. Did you tell him you had it covered to score an extra $75 or do you think $75 is what you should charge someone to clean up a puddle of water after you mislead them with a quick casual rest assured "I got it." Either way that was a classless move and showed a sincere lack of respect. I am sure you can figure out who was billed for this and give them their money back. Shame!

They are very efficient. they have the details at their finger prints and know what they are doing. When this hits a family the last thing ANYONE is thinking of is what type of wood to make the casket out of or what particular flowers you want. I mean yes you want that stuff BUT you don't think clearly, that is what they do. They help you sort out the muddle and help make it all happen. The down side was availability. yes they made it happen and they were out of sight pretty much at the service and just a little too out of sight. when I had questions it was a hunt to find someoen and rather more to the point there was soemthing i wanted to drop off after the planning meeting but before the funeral and making daily stops at the office no one was there. I was told there was a phone number to call but I was at the back door and saw nothing-that's where the parking lot is, and the idea of no one there gave the place, in the words of Dashiel Hamnett "A sort of vacant feeling" but other than this they were very good and hopefully it will be a LOONG time before we need their services but I'd have no problem going back
