He is a fabulous doctor. He is a chiropractor and also has practitioners available for other services (for example, Pilates and massage). I also did get blood work done to determine allergies and why my body wasn't feeling great or losing weight. I have been doing a detox and also therapy in office to help with my weight loss. I have lost weight and finally feel like I know what is going on with my body again. I do go for regular chiropractic visits but Dr. Troy's goal is for his patients not to have to be there all the time. He recommends in office and at home therapy. The office is an open setting and the staff is very nice. They walk you through the office to show you around at your first visit. They are kind and knowledgeable. The office is very nice, clean, and modern. They are all very good at listening to their clients needs and suggestions as well. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for natural health options. I fully trust the staff and doctor and appreciate the way they treat myself and their other clients. Definitely my go to place for treatment and I'm so grateful to be a patient.

Dr. Derek who I went through I'm on a seven visit treatment plan right now the first treatment plan my neck and my spine got fixed and I do mean that I have no pain at all right now. Sarah was incredible as well. Patient and had good control of the office. Editing: I really wish there was a way to get five stars for the service, but three stars for how the office administration portion is run because today this morning I am looking at a new charge on my bank account... Despite sarah assuring me that we would not have it renewed because she did not see it set up for renewal when she set me up on the account. I'm giving them a chance to fix this First before I take it to my bank because I have no record of this being a renewing set up, just like I have no paperwork that says it was set to not renew. I will happily adjust this review once they fix the issue. I would say if you actually need to get this service and you can't risk the same issue happening to you that happened to me today then maybe try to pay in cash. The adjustment service is really incredible. Editing 03/01/2024 1040AM I am delighted to advise that a refund was processed. I was little concerned when they tried to blame the office staff for being new; but I had eyes on that contract, I saw it was not set for auto renewal which means someone in the back office updated it later afterwards. I am glad it was renewed and would be happy to use their services again but not with a credit card where I cannot see the settings myself on line.
